Early here, my biggest concerns are straight flat hair, long nose and possibly a recessed jawline. im 5'8 at 15 so might not grow tall
Ya I totally get that. It’s a good thing most of those can be fixed. A jawline can be improved with mewing, flat hair can be texture with the right hair product and hair style and a long nose… worst comes to worst you could get plastic surgery. But the main goal is to focus on the things that you can improve with yourself. Most importantly never compare yourself now to what others currently have. With time you will get to where you want to be.

Ya absolutely. I have straight hair and that’s what I use to give it texture and hold it in place. When it gets longer I would recommend switching to a texture spray instead.

All these influencers are suggesting to use vaseline. PAHs in vaseline are considered potential carcinogens, meaning they may contribute to cancer development when absorbed into the body
I would say if you can find an organic type of face moisturizer like beef tallow then use that instead. That’s what I use and it’s the same as using vasoline but it has all organic ingredients.

@@Elevated-Life-Style if at first you can't get your goals even after months do not demoralize (I think you know it ) in phisical I can say while doing push up lean a little bit forward so it becomes harder and trains better , eat a lot of protein, a question do you do it alone or with a trainer? And another one do you do freestyle?
I do it alone. Also I don’t really have a routine as I don’t know where to find a proper one. But I am to the point where leaning forward and doing pushups is easy to do 20 of them in a row. But I just need a proper training routine
