Does your church offer digital giving options?
Such great tips. The one about landing pages was so helpful. Great reminder for church leaders!
So glad you found it helpful! Landing pages can make a huge difference.
I know this is a late comment, but this could never be truer😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
My goal is to stay within a half hour. Sometimes I run slightly over, but usually I stay within that range. I believe that we should honor the time of our services, so if we say it's 60 minutes then let's do that, but leave room for the Spirit to do otherwise.
Totally agree! Honoring the set time shows respect, but it's always good to stay open to where the Spirit leads.
Thank you for this, what Android phone do you suggest for best video and camera
I don't have a lot of experience with android phones for recording video but I'd still suggest the pixel 9 pro or the Samsung Galaxy s24 Ultra. - David
This video has also helped me with my prayer 🙏🏽
Awesome. Glad this is helpful to you.
I’m the only usher at my church right now. I read Malachi 3:8-12 every single Sunday . Then I have to do the prayer after tithes are taken up. How should I ask the congregation to get to and put their envelopes in the box?
Hey there! You could say something simple and warm like: "After the prayer, please feel free to bring your tithes and offerings and place them in the box at the front/back (whichever applies). Thank you for giving with a cheerful heart and honoring God with your generosity!"
I need suggestions on DSLR/mirrorless, livestream camera that I can use to zoom lenses and does not time out at 30min or 1 hour. Great video!!!
I currently don't have any mirrorless/DSLR cameras that I can recommend that don't time out after 30 mins. I've heard you can use a software called "magic lantern" for Canon cameras that allow you to "jailbreak" the camera and remove the 30min limit but I have no experience in doing that myself. - David
Dude you are a beast. Just discovered your channel, and the value you provide for us, and even for those who don't know how to use capcut is tremendous. God bless you!
Thanks, dude! Stoked to have you here! Let’s keep crushing it together!
How do you ensure transparency in your church’s financial reporting?
can you use your account to promote Affiliate offers, or for and online App??
There are restrictions on affiliate marketing. You could, in theory promote an app, but if it isn't for an actual nonprofit, you will get flagged pretty quickly.
I want wings tooooo❤❤ Thank you Jesus 🎉
❤
Thank you, thank you thank you. Great perspective. But that avg church size number is incredible.
Thanks for watching!
Thanks a lot I love this channel God bless you all One love from Nigeria
Our pleasure!
Have you heard of CapCut as a tool for creating social media videos?
Super helpful David! This is so easy to follow and makes it easy.
Awesome to hear! Glad it clicked for you.
Thank you for the useful info
Glad it was helpful!
I get where this is coming from, but to a certain extent I disagree. High-quality production and streaming is now more accessible than ever thanks to software tools like OBS and vmix, and hardware accessories like Streamdecks. We're not a small church, but we're also not huge. We started streaming with a single PTZ camera and OBS when COVID hit. Soon after, the church made a decision to invest in the production quality by upgrading to a 3 PTZ camera system driven by vmix with graphics from Pro Presenter. Granted, we have someone on staff whose job is worship arts (which includes streaming) but our volunteer teams have found the new A/V setup incredibly easy to use. Our running crew on Sundays is typically 3 people (audio, cameras, graphics). We can get new volunteers up and running on it with no prior technical experience since it's "semi-automated" with preset PTZ camera angles. All they need to do is follow the preset shot list and graphics playlist. For audio, I've established a separate mix that creates a balance more appropriate for a live stream, including elements like room ambience, then I run it through some broadcast processing. Is it as good as a megachurch with a multi-million dollar rig and dozens of volunteers or paid staff? Probably not. But is it what I would call a reasonably good quality output? Absolutely. We even include little details like lower thirds, something that has been a broadcast standard practice for decades. As for video on demand? Absolutely. The recordings from the live stream are used to produce a short clip from the sermon every week on multiple platforms. In addition, short on-demand weekly content outside of the service is also recorded and produced. And finally, regarding personal connection? I've worked in broadcast for 30 years and ABSOLUTELY believe the broadcast (now streaming) medium can still lead to some incredible personal connections. I've seen it firsthand over and over. Sometimes it draws people into our building, but more importantly it's another way for us to get outside the four walls of our church to reach people where they are.
It is not just about giving but obedience to God it does not harm you but bless you and others therefore a form of worshipping God with what HE has blessed you with
Yes!
Thank you !
Thanks too for watching!
Where does it say in the Bible you should get paid for spreading gospel?
1 Timothy 5:17-18
@@reachright That is simply untrue and an example of adulterating the Word of God (2 Corinthians 2:17). The Greek root word "timeE" translated as "honor" (not 'wages"), is used five times in 1 Timothy. Context is everything in understanding the meaning of Scripture. We are told to honor God in 1 Timothy 1:17, not pay God a salary. We are told to honor widows in 1 Timothy 5:3, not pay them a salary. We are told to have twice as much honor for elders (no mention of pastors), who labor hard in the Gospel in 1 Timothy 5:17, not pay them twice as much as we pay widows. Slaves are told to honor their masters in 1 Timothy 6::1, not pay them a salary. And in 1 Timothy 6:16 we are told to honor Jesus, not pay Him a wage. Different Greek words are used and interpreted as wages, reward, and meat (a form of payment). But NEVER is "honor" used in context to represent paying a person a salary. That concept simply doesn't exist in God's Word. Honor means to love and care for someone. A contractual agreement to work for wages is never used as a definition of "honor".
Nowhere. The use of 1 Timothy 5:17-18 to support the unscriptural office of a pastor as the paid employee over a congregation isn't Scriptural at all. Two Scriptural truths must be ignored, contradicted, and censored (as is happening in this thread), to excuse the use of 1 Timothy 5:17-18 to support paying people to serve God. First, you have to substitute the unscriptural office of "pastor" for the Biblical office of "elder". The Greek language is well defined in it's meaning and was a good choice on God's part for getting His message across. "Pastor" is translated from the Greek word for shepherd. "Elder" is translated from the Greek word for "elder". "Shepherds" and "elders" don't have the same meaning, function, or responsibility, in the Body of Christ. They are not synonyms or interchangeable. Biblically, an elder would shepherd God's people, but shepherding God's people doesn't make a person an elder. Scripturally, multiple elders are elected from among the congregation to minister to the needs of the people. Their service is voluntary and not for gain, and without authority over the flock, but as an example to be followed (1 Peter 5:1-4). Elders are to serve voluntarily as an example to the flock to serve one another and God voluntarily. That was God's plan and example. Not running the Body of Christ as a business with pastors as employees to control the cash flow. Secondly, "honor" does not mean "contractually receive a paycheck for labor". In 1 Timothy the Greek root word "timE" (translated as honor), is used five times. In 1 Timothy 1:17 we are told to honor God, not give Him a paycheck. In 1 Timothy 5:3 we are told to honor widows, not pay them a salary. In 1 Timothy 5:17 we are told elders (not shepherds), who work hard at preaching and teaching are worthy of double honor. By those who pretend paid pastors are a Biblical thing, that must mean we are supposed to pay elders twice what we pay widows? In 1 Timothy 6:1 we are told slaves must honor their masters, not pay their masters a wage on top of their enslaved servitude. In 1 Timothy 6:16 we are told to honor Jesus, not pay Him money. As can be clearly seen by reading God's Word in context, contractually laboring for a paycheck is NOT the same as the Biblical meaning for receiving "honor". To say otherwise is to pervert God's Word for the specific purpose of enriching men. And while the entire religious industry (the largest industry in the world and the U.S.A.), depends on distorting God's Word to enrich men, that doesn't mean God approves. Quite the opposite! 2 Corinthians 5:17 For we are not like the multitudes peddling the Word for sordid gain, but from sincerity, but from God, in the sight of God we are speaking in Christ. The Apostle Paul was warning about ravenous wolves (greedy men who burden those they preach to; Acts 20:29) who would infiltrate the Body of Christ. As long as the Apostles were alive, these men were preached against. But about 400 years after the Apostles were dead, it became easier to ignore God's Word. Especially when the Catholics didn't allow the masses to hear God's Word in a language they understood. The Catholics made serving God for money the norm rather than a devilish outrage. The practice of serving God for money at the expense of humanity was mainlined by the religious industry and is the standard today. But in the days of the Apostles, this was anathema to the Gospel and those who practice greed were labeled as evil servants of Satan. Today, employees of the religious industry believe serving God for money is a good example to set for God's people. But that's not God's plan nor is it His will. 2 Peter 2:2-3 Many will follow their indecent behavior, and because of them the Way of the Truth will be maligned. In their greed they will financially exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep. I have witnessed to thousands of lost people. The number one excuse they use to reject God is, "Those preachers are just after my money." The second most common excuse is, "Those church people are just a bunch of hypocrites!" The religious industry has given God a bad name among the lost Jesus died to save. Obviously with over 1400 years of deception the Body of Christ and even the employees of the religious industry believe the employees to be servants of God rather than the Devil. And I will state I believe the vast majority of religious employees are ignorant of God's Word and believe themselves to be serving God. But the same was true of the religious leaders in Jesus's day. Read all of Matthew chapter 23 but pay special attention to how Jesus condemns the religious leaders of His day. God's people accepted the religious leaders as legitimate servants of God, even though the people were economically enslaved by their leaders (On the first Passover of Jesus's ministry He entered the temple and said the religious leaders had turned God's house into a business - John 2:13-16. On the last Passover of Jesus ministry he again entered the temple and called the religious leaders "robbers" because they had not repented [Jeremiah 7:11] - Matthew 21:12-13.) Matthew 23:1-3 Then Jesus spoke to the crowds and to His disciples saying, "The religious leaders have seated themselves in the chair of Moses. Therefore whatever they tell you do and comply with it all. But do not do as they do, for they say things and do not do them. Continue reading about the hypocrisy of the religious leaders and compare that to our present day. Matthew 23:8-12 "But as for you, do not be called 'Teacher'; for only one is your teacher and you are all brothers and sisters. "And do not call anyone on earth your 'father'; for only One is your Father, He who is in heaven. "And do not be called 'leaders'; for only One is your Leader, that is the anointing, the Christ. "But the greatest of you shall be your slave. Whoever exalts himself shall be humbled, and whoever humbles himself shall be exalted." Verses 8-10 illustrate how "religious leaders" replace God in our lives with themselves. In verse 8 we are warned not to replace Jesus as our teacher with fallible men who will lead us all astray with their teachings. In verse 9 we are warned not to replace our Father God with an earthly father authority figure. In verse 10 we are warned not to replace the Holy Spirit (the anointing, the Christ), as our guide, instead allowing flawed men to misguide us. But just like God's people clamored for a king so they wouldn't have to answer directly to God and face the judges, (God telling Samuel the people had not rejected Samuel but had rejected Himself, 1 Samuel 8:7), today God's people don't want to be responsible directly to God (the relationship illustrated in Matthew 23:8-10), so they pay pastors rather than a king to face God for them. It seems to suit both parties fine. The people don't seek God but pay a man to seek God for them. The employee makes money and gets to be important. Win/win! Not only is paying someone to serve God rather than serving God themselves not Scriptural, but it retards the growth and maturation of God's people! Turning the Gospel into a business opportunity was the most brilliant stroke of genius the Devil ever had! And the hypocrisy of serving God for money turns the lost away in droves! What a tragedy for all those lost souls who rejected God when they should have been rejecting the religious industry instead. I meet those tormented souls all the time. But they think the religious industry really does represent God. It's a tough illusion to get around. Especially for disciples of the religious industry. There is much more on God's intelligent design for the Body of Christ to function as a symbiotic body and a selflessly loving family (and not as a business), in Scripture. So much of God's Word and so little time left... REPENTANCE RESTORATION REVIVAL RELEVANCE Will
@@WillGhormley-c5i Have you been able to find a local church to be a part of that meets all of your criteria above?
We are a new church and don’t have an online giving platform as of yet. Thank you for the information and breakdown, but I did what to know your thoughts on Givelify.
Thank you for your comment! I'm glad the information was helpful. Givelify is indeed a solid choice for new churches, and I hope it serves your community well!

Actually 1 Year before we applied & Verified wit Precent also have validation token unfortunate we didn't have any idea how to use this validation & Applied again using same email id but 2nd verify is still in pending so how can be & it's not sign in 😕 help me
Hey there! I am not totally sure since each organization is different, but PERCENT (who is now Goodstack) does not use the Tokens that Tech Soup used in the past for the verification. When you do reapply or resubmit your organization's information, it should only take then 2-14 days to respond to your request and if you were already in the system, they'll see that. I hope that helps, but if it has been longer than 14 days since you submitted your information, you may want to reach out to them for support"
@reachright Heartly Thanks for your humble support. Also want to know that after verification will I be able to use Google ads free of cost ?
