10000 spod xtb has the flaw on the bailarm not flipping over in said position. Still for £60 a very decent reel

Hi I have bought a new Shimano ultegra 14000 first time i used it when i cast and finish when i turn the handle back to bring more line in the reel get stuck and the metal bit above the spool doesnt go back automaticaly and when i questioned the shop where i got my reel they replied to me saying that its normal for that reel but some said it is not right so i am confused. Can you help me please. Thank you.

just sharing my experience with those rods bought three of them. 2 went back to england (or china?) due to rings problem One is still in england, three months after i still did not received any return. just waiting for the rod to come back to sell this pure chinese sh*t

The reel is nice for long casting BUT it's well opened to the water intrusion n if u don't make deep service for them bearing u'd end up with bad reel that going to cost much to repair it. . It should be sealed , old times designs r not wellcome by nowadays standards.
