Interesting. You sanitize your pees (or better: you used to sanitize your peas, since the video is ~3y old by now) for 15-20 minutes before soaking. Most places you see and hear people sanitizing + soaking them for 8hrs-12hrs in the same water. Cool.

Peas are so delicious. Peas and Sunflowers, my absolute favourites. Thank you for the video. I am always on the search for info to make my product better. PS: For people who like it spicy - for salads and quark breads for example - Radis and Oil Radish (or even yellow mustard, for the mustardy, oily taste) it's truely excuisite. Hi Robbie great vid but you must always wash the knife after sharpening. metal shavings are on the blade try wipng the blade with a paper towel and see.

Does that soil have nutrients/fertilizer in it?

That much chlorine is disgusting. I use so much bleach on textiles in 1 year. Much less would be enough. There is nothing special, nothing unique about germination. Everything was learned in advance, mixed in

My birthday was the 27th of October and I wanted to start this business and I started with China Rose Radish.....and failed ( I'm pretty sure underwatering) You have such a different strategy ive seen and it clearly works. I noticed you didn't do a "blackout" after germination is that because of the radish you are using? Anyways man you should keep the videos up, the corkyness and the information makes it really enjoyable. I hope life is good and thank you again!

I stopped at your non-plastic containers being a 'huge selling feature'. That tells me people are still clueless how damaging to the environment non-plastic is. Non-plastic (plastic made from plants) is far worse for the environment that plastic made from LPG....PLA plastic has been found in a human fetus. How interested are you in doing the research and providing the best option for your customers...or, keeping your 'huge selling feature' a secret from your unsuspecting customers? Plant based plastic MUST be composted in a commercial compostor, which most cities do not have. So, it all goes into the landfill anyway. But, it is a way bigger problem once there than LPG plastic because landfills are designed to NOT compost anything.

So with micro greens that have hull problems we would wash them but for the most part can I skip the pre washing phase and tell customers to wash before use?
