Faced similar problem but not know. Hair care routine - 1.Daily eat 2 raw amla on empty stomach. 2. Oiling overnight on Monday night and shampoo next morning. 3. Curd, bhringraj powder and vitamin e oil hair mask before bathing keep it for 30 min atleast then wash hair with mild shampoo which have no parabenes and sulphates.( My budget recommendation if you've dry hair bare anatomy rosemary and coconut shampoo using it from last 40 days. 3. Again overnight oiling on Friday night and shampoo next morning.
