Great video. This was my first Expo. The weather was terrific - not too hot. No flying insects, camped on green grass, and all our camping neighbours were friendly. It was a terrific 3 days.

I guess it depends on where you are coming from, but leaving from my place: Denton Valley Rd to Larimer Branch to County Rd 32 which takes you into Damascus, then follow 58 out of Damascus till you see FR 90. If you send me your email, I can send you the gpx file from On X Off-road.

Did you notice any dispersed camping spots out there
Unfortunately I did not. Not unless you consider the meadow where I stopped for lunch? I might actually be a nice place to camp but the only flat spot is at the top, again, where I had lunch. There might be some spots further into the trail, but I didn't venture further due to the turning weather.

@@appalachhaun_adventures Nice! Seemed like it would be a good trail. My buddy Mark has done it a few times. I just didn't want to get somewhere that I didn't know what was coming with the weather turning. It was my first time solo on more than a forest service road.

Actually, I tracked the route via On X Off-road. I can send you the file if you send me your email address. Just be aware that the tracked route isn't the original planned route due to all the trail closures and other issues we had.

There were a couple close to the trail head. And I suppose you cud camp up towards the summit, but nothing along the way.
