I’ve started watching you a couple of weeks ago and its such a nice format to see someone talking about anything mental health related in a way that’s not just a moneymaking machine rambling twitter thoughts. I know this is not related to the video sorry ( i watched the video fully tho ! ) but i have 2 questions 1. recently i have been getting better at drawing and i am happy whenever i am drawing and am satisfied but then do i need to improve myself so i get satisfied more even though i am already happy, does being satisfied with urself is different from loving urself for who you are ? 2. I feel so confused when I randomly show some emotions like i don't even know why i was happy or sad , is being like this good or bad ? I am not really a knowledgeable person when it comes to understanding how am i living so i am confused whenever i try to talk to myself about anything.

Great video, what I learnt recently is that “Action produces information”

for me it's like :- work towards my goal keep working keep working keep working, shoot, gave up to the adult addiction, didn't got back up, didn't got back up (min of 3 minutes, max of 3 weeks) the good voice reminded me everything except the voices, it's all a lie, got back up {{repeat}}
