Helmets save heads

The importance of wearing a bicycle helmet while riding. This helmet sacrificed itself. Absorbed the impact forces and saved my head. And dont forget whenever you hit your head get a CT scan dont to make sure nothing inside is damaged. if you dont have one get a medical insurance cover. hopefully you never need it. @Kask_Sport #helmet #bicycle #ridesafe #rideeveryday #rideforfun

Triumph Scrambler 400 X - my thoughts

A motorcycle is not about spec sheets and its capability. its about compatibility and attraction. do you love it, like it, or learn to live with it. Rider Mode -Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro
Переглядів 757Рік тому
The rider mode is my go to setting for most of my riding when im not on a good highway. i keep my traction control on off road, throttle response on sport or road, and ABS on road. watch the traction control light - light on here and there. mad fun on these roads. you got to have good lights though
Riding tip - standing right starts from sitting right
Переглядів 646Рік тому
We all know that we have to stand when we ride off road, but do we really know why we do it, or what we are trying to achieve. When we stand we must be balanced on our feet and not dependent on the handlebar. The handlebar must be free to move at all times - give it a wiggle room you'll feel your stability dramatically improve. keep checking to see if you are tight on the bars. relax on the bar...

So much electronics in todays motorcycles - does it make it easier/safer or does it take away the purity. Here is how I deal with it. its not the best or the only way but if it helps you give me a shout. if you do things differently let me know. its basically these things Throttle response - how much you twist the throttle and how much the throttle (bodies) actually open. in rain mode, you twis...

İn the manuel, it says, for comfort, white one should be 17 clicks wheras red one should be 20. Should i do the same click for both of them or just follow the manuel? Thx
i dont think youll notice much of a difference. try both and tell me what you think
finally after all these years found a proper video of the xl80 being used on a bike. how is the illumination on highways tho.
@@bibhabbag1 on the highways its brilliant. If you have a proper divider in between and no chance of blinding oncoming traffic then you can use these lights at full intensity. Its like daylight.
Hi, got the squadron pro. Thanks for making this video. It seems like mine are not as bright as yours or may be i need to adjust them
When you tighten the chain do it with weight on the rear wheel not off the ground. That’s why you had to do it twice !
@@Richard-q7f3u yes youre right but when uoure alone you have to improvise
@@sachinchavan1704I don’t know if Im doing it correctly but I put a 2 inch block under my kick stand to get the bike upright a bit and that seems to do the trick. I’ve tightened my tigers chain 3 times and didn’t have any trouble at all. Just a thought.
Thank you!☺️
When can we expect the updated adventure
@@siddharthsinghvirdi7881 not sure
@@sachinchavan1704 hmmmm hoping for year end looks promising
Hahha, nice! On my rc, at every traffic light.. " mustn't wheelie, mustn't wheelie" and then i would "loose the plot".. completely agree with most of what your saying about this platform..
This a kind of a Weather Travel itinerary.... Cool....👍👍🤜🤛
Thanks for this Sir! you are the most considerate Rider I've seen in a while! As a Tiger 1200 Gt explorer jockey, I appreciate your effort and time, which has "Shed New Light" on my next purchase!
thanks im working on another one in this space
Nice , very well explained, much appreciated
I'm having KTM adv 250 2022, Is it possible to for me to front stock suspension with the adjustable suspension ??
@@blazechat yes
Excellent, clear and concise explanation! Need more videos from you 😊
I'd got the adjustable rear shock and it made a world of difference. Now just a few days away from installing the adjustable forks, glad I found your video on how to setup. 👌🏻👍🏻
How many clicks should we make for jumping and hard terrain, front and back? Can you write the suspension data?
@@meminkartal447 its very difficult to give a general setting data without knowing more details however i can give you a starting point. If youre a heavier rider and feel the rear is bottoming adjust the preload to 5 or higher. if you feel its too jittery amd skipping over the smaller stuff. Soften it to 3 or lower. If you increase preload correnpondingly increase damping and reduce damping if you reduce preload On the front start with around 17 clicks off from max to maintain a good feel of the surface. If you feel youre bottoming out too much come back to about 15 or even lower, but if you increase damping too much youll also loose the feel. I would set it for feel and grip and modify my riding rather than set it too hard for the jumps and hits and sacrifice feel everywhere else
Good stuff and content keep up the good work
feedback :: 1. dnt do this while you are driving 2. make more sense for you to talk about biking on a bike. all d best.
thanks for watching roy. I understand what you are saying and where you're coming from. not your fault, just conditioning. we might think that the motorcycle makes motorcycling content relevant and credible. but that's not really the case. Tomorrow if i had to talk about space and moon I'm not going to shoot in space or the moon. We learnt different subjects in the same classroom, our global news comes from the same studio. But point taken I'll try to more stuff around the bike specially if I have a show and tell. till then bear with me - keep watching - have a look at some of the other videos I have around motorcycles. Tell me what you'd like me to cover
is there any aftermarket battery that you use or its the same one? Please let us know about its how much capacity it might deplete if used for long intervals
i use the same battery and you can use it for long intervals. no worries. as long ass your bike is running itll be fine. whenever i run for long intervals Im doing high RPMs so its fine. have lever tried long intervals at low RPM
@@sachinchavan1704 thank you for this advice, ride safe!
I think the manual says to keep the mc upright on its wheels, not on the stand ..
While checking tension i do have the motorcycle on its wheels not on the stand.
@@sachinchavan1704 Sorry, my bad...
Exactly the video I was looking for
Can all adjustment be done with the bike on side stand only? Cause i saw video that the tire should be lifted up when adjusting the suspension? Thanks.
You can adjust it with the bike on the side stand
@@sachinchavan1704Thanks for the reply
Thank you so much. I've been confused about how to set the 2 elements of the rear suspension and have found no other video showing & explaining this.
Sachin sir, perfect explanation. Thank you :)

hello Sachin... nice to see your video....

Nice video sir

Nice update most essential
Thanks
Thanks, especially before the summer ride, this is hugely helpful.

EPIC! Noted something new learned :)
So true bro. It is just irresponsible 😂
I noticed once you get the first service done, the engine is re-mapped so the power band feels a little less jumpy at the bottom and has more top-end. Great bike. Good video. Also mine got redlined many times before then and it's FINE
Good advice to keep it clean and not affect others on the road.
Thank you so much for this, I was able to use this to help me with my rc390 - I’ve done this before on other vehicles but I was afraid of overspinning the adjuster knobs on this model because that’s easily possible on some others. This video gave me the confidence that I would feel a distinct stopping point within the clickers (I had no idea where they were set to originally) - The only thing that worries me now is that my compression knob only has 29 distinct clicks, I don’t know if I’m forgoing one counter clockwise click or one clockwise click.. I either way I feel resistance both ways after 29 clicks 🤔
😂😂😂😂🎉🎉
Superb Lights. Worth every penny
Sir, can you suggest the best affordable boots? Because the mx/Adv boots goes up of 20-30 k. For someone whose just touring over the weekends and is not that adventurous and is on a very tight budget, what suits the best? Price under 10-15k.
Im myself searching for the best affordable boots. They're either best or affordable never together. Youll have to do your own research. And one option could be to buy used
@@sachinchavan1704 Ah! The used market makes sense. Thanks for your input Sir. Hoping you keep teaching us like this only 👍
Hello, do check out the projector fog lamps on my speed 400 on my channel. Throw is excellent. It has three colours. No need of external filter. It has high and low beam feature just like our headlamp. Low beam cut off is very sharp and precise. You can drive it continuously without blindly opposite traffic.
will do. thanks
Hi from South Africa. Your video is great. I’ve been searching in vain for detail on the modes, particularly the map and tc for off road pro. Nowhere does the manual or any other source give anything more than a conceptual description of the modes. What I’d love to see is some figures or high resolution differences between modes.
Hi bro, can you share the exact connection diagram if you have that will be helpful ,i was searching for this content, glad that someone used given accecorry port by ktm
To be honest.. I’m searching for this exact information everywhere. All have posted about the fog light they installed and showing the lights power. Instead, you’re the only one who has shown where the ignition extra port available in 390 adv. Thank you so much
Glad it was useful
Hi, Which baja model is this ? How much Lumens it has ?
This is the baja designs squadron pro
Buen video amigo. Se nota claramente la diferencia con las luces originales. Y el entorno de montaña es muy bueno para que nos cuentes las capacidades de las squadron pro 👍🏻 Saludos desde Argentina 🇦🇷
Two interesting points you address, to consider in the beginning of your speech, 1- the specialization and technical videos on motorcycles on youtube and 2- the change in the vision of motorcycling in India; We can see, and that is done all over the world and was first experimented in USA and Europ : the communication is making, shaping the usage. It is not the people who want such kind of object but the advertisement industry which tell them what to look at, what is desirable and good, what to buy. It's the creation of dependency through media hypnosis, propaganda. And for this, the psycho marketers understood the psychology of the new emerging middle class. It's a bourgeois class that is looking to the west for innovations and fashion. It's their model. And at the same time their new western model is a destructive model, that already destroyed the old american and european ways, mainly, family, religious, cultural, social and national visions & ties. Creating lonely citizens, lost and depressed, unattached, universalist and cosmopolitans so they think, whose new god is the market and their new guru the media. This is the last stage to ignorance and the road to cultural and growth collapse. I hope India will react before being vampirized and left dead exhausted, crying for starvation. Dependence is the consequence of attachment. Would India forget its Veda classes?
There is a new segment in motorcycles it is called the trail tourers. It's a mix between an easy bike for long distances and a specially off-road bike. Nowadays builders put the same engine on a city bike, speed bike and a tourer. They adapt the height, suspensions, tires, rfine engine, sometime change frame and handle bars. So, we have an in-between bike, not a super tourer and not a special off-road. We have both but in a simplified & a cheaper way.
Another thing I want to add. I think for the first time in India this bike has all you need at that price tag. It's not a racing bike or a trial bike. It's a smooth trail scrambler, powerful on highway and capable on dirt roads. Not heavy compare to RE Hima 450. It has a powerful long stroke engine (at low speed, press the throttle and it goes). it has hand protections, engine guard, luggage rack, good pillion seat, good mileage, confort, big tires & handlebar, cheap servicing. Hey !
W
I like your explanations. A scrambler is in between a tourer and a trail. A Trial or a Cross bike are made to jump over rocks or dirt circuits. They have specific parts you have to change frequently. This Triumph scrambler is capable to ride long distances on highways (riding at 130km/h increases petrol by 30% than at 90km/h). This Scrambler is also good on rocky or muddy village roads (with training). Now 400cc or 250cc Gixxer for eg., you'll have fun on roads or dusty tracks.
Thanks, too many of of us get caught up on a bikes abilities rather than what we can be happy with
Thank you for this video. I need your advice - i am at loss on deciding between KTM 390 adv sw and himalayan 450. i loved KTM in my spiti ride... but the himalayan has uped the ante
Only you can make that decision. Only you have to live with it.
Thank you ❤

can it do 120 all day without any stress?
I dont see any problem in that
