After much research, I decided on the VICTGOAL helmet. It comes with a USB rechargeable rear light, detachable magnetic goggles, and removable sun visor. I love the goggles that this helmet comes with as it blocks all the yucky bugs. It lights up on the back with three different light settings.

Thanks for the ride! I like that the bike seems fairly quiet on pavement. Did notice some squeaks when going over bumps though. I’m really interested in buying this bike and curious about how it fits you as a rider. I’m 5’4” with a 29” inseam & short arms. It’s hard to find to find a fat tire e-bike that fits.
@@ValMRogers Hi! The bike does squeak here and there but I think it’s because I have to adjust the suspension and I just don’t know how. I’m also on the heavy side. Our other bikes don’t squeak. I’m 5’2” and was a bit worried the bike would be too high for me, but I’m able to ride comfortably and reach the handle bars just fine. The seat is also comfortable as it is wide and doesn’t hurt my bottom. At a full stop, I wouldn’t be able to stay seated and have both feet on the ground. I’d have to stand. Happy riding! 😊

I have a Jasion X Hunter E-bike, its useless.
I'm really curious to know what happened. I finally took our bikes out of the garage. I charged all the batteries and they all are perfectly fine except for the tires being low. What happen to yours? Did customer service help you fix the problem or at least offer a replacement?
I paid 1728. 00 for my Jasion Hunter. It will not go anywhere. Just sit there and will not move.
Did you check the battery to see if it's fully charged? One of my bikes came with a defective battery charger. I emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement right away. Also, the key has to be placed in a certain position for it to power on.

Hi! Thank you! Yes, my battery came pre-charged. I was able to ride my bike right away after I assembled it. These e-bikes are fun!
Where is the charging port on the battery? The battery isn’t removing for me so for now I’d like to charge it while it’s still inserted. Thank you for the video and any help you can provide!

Ordered mine from straight Jasion August 22nd can not wait, Blue one should be ready first week of September and the Grey hopefully the last week of September. I Should of just went through Amazon ugh. The clicking noise you hear when peddling should be an easy fix your read Derailleur needs a little adjustment not sure what screws to tun as I have not received mine yet :)

Thank you! I did need help a couple of times from the hubby, but I just cut him out of the video lol.
Sure hope you don't have any issues with them. I should have done a video the other day when I received mine and before I could get out of the driveway three screws had fallen off. I didn't know it yet so I got about 50 yards and the rear brake disc came off the hub. One screw didn't fall off it broke. Then I checked even further and most of the holes are so stripped out the screw just falls in the hole. I've emailed and called Jasion and they are putting me off and avoiding taking care of the situation. Now I've had to turn it over to the credit union to dispute the charges. Guess I should have done a repacking video as well.
Oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. How frustrating. Jasion should send you a replacement. I think their customer service is a hit or miss. Fortunately, they have been responsive when I emailed them on needing a new battery charger because it was defective.

Fortunately for me, I haven’t had any issues so far. They’ve replaced a defective battery pack for me and have also given me all the gift items when I had submitted a review for them on a couple of websites. I hope they make whatever they did to you right.

When did you order your jasion? How long did it take to get it?
I ordered it about two months ago when it was out of stock. I received it about 10 days after it was back in stock. Shipping time is not that bad. I had a defective charger. I emailed customer support and it arrived five days later.

I am about 370, my worry is going up a hill. I want to be able to ride the bikes here in Chicago. Have you had any issues going up the hill?
Hi! I have not have had any issues going uphill. That’s the beauty of this bike, you can twist the throttle on the right handlebar to assist you going uphill. Going uphill was one of my concerns too when looking for an e-bike. On my next ride, I’ll do a video going uphill. Happy Riding!
