Many years ago I got to know and become friends with this really cool and sweet UAB college kid named Demi Nicholson when she started attending our church. Fast forward a few years to when Quin got sick. And who’s one of the first familiar staff faces I see, Demi. She payed special attention to us and, in doing that, she was one of the bright lights that made our 8 1/2 month stint at Children’s just a little bit easier. For this she and all of the 8th floor staff, for that matter, has my ❤️ forever. Good job on the too guys.
