As a hunter main, i dont like neither of those two sets lmao 💀 Honestly, i would've preferred something else. (Me saying this and knowing damn well that i will be grindind my ahh to get those sets bcuz of FOMO). I feel like Bungie went full Disney mode with this year's event sets. The Solstice's sets of this year have that steampunk, aviator-ish, Treasure Planet vibe. That was cool. Now these wizards sets tho i feel like they came straight outta a Tinkerbell movie

Tbh, Hunters should've been the only class as dark wizards since they're the most edgy class. 😂 They also have the best looking one. Titan & Warlock good wizards look better than the dark ones. But really, Bungie should've had both sets be in FOTL. 1 style as earnable & the other style as Eververse. Missed opportunity as usual with them.

The scarf was one of the best parts on the hunter set, but the pants kinda made me think it was clowny and I don't think it would've matched well with other sets.

Honestly, I agree. You could easily make evil wizard sets using a combo of the kings fall armor or ghost of the deep armor for warlock and hunter. Titan is the only one you can’t really do that for as we don’t have anything that remotely looks like robes or capes to my knowledge. At the end of the day though, I don’t really care, as titans would be getting a unique set that isn’t ugly for once in this case. I feel like most festival of the lost ornaments for titan except for the mech have been straight trash. So in this case titans won either way. Cheers my fellow oil pastel eaters! 🍻

hear me out... good warlocks r amazing. the robes were different literally looks like an exotic... than we got the ripped robes with the evil warlocks like it was the Red War campaign. horrendous drip im buying that warlock set for the helmet everything else give me a refund i already have this reskinned armor.

Tbh I just wanted the bad wizard set to go for a witch look. Mostly the hat. Although the robes with the books should be nice. Although the good wizard hat would also work for what I'm doing. Either way I'm happy.

Honestly destiny 2 has some of the worst armor it’s all too bulky and too flashy or too plain or ragged. I’m a designer and it hurts me seeing the new armors come out like why has the iron lord armor looked more like samurai than knights for like 6 years now. I really hate what they do with the armor. Also give me a basic titan helmet from d1 that game had a great design for all its armor. D2 feels like reskins of the same old bulk garbage. I know a lot of people who love the crazy outlandish fashion but some of us just wanna look like a space knight and kill aliens man. Am I asking for too much?

I swear this half assed cost cutting measure to not have to make both sets is probably biting them in the ass since people would fork more money if they just added all 6 and had the winners be also available bright dust. Never underestimate the wallet, some people will buy all 6 so they are probably losing money on this.

I personally love the bad wizard sets and I'm a Titan yk, both sets are nice and people have their preferences, but calling them dumb for their taste in armor is outright stupid of you, it's very childish. About the last festival of the Lost Armor, listen i wasn't playing d2 at the time but, an anime-inspired set would've honestly been one of the worst choices, for a game like Destiny. Listen, ik this is a rant but calling people dumb over their personal preferences is so unfair. It's like seeing someone in public that has fashion you don't like, and calling them dumb for wearing that even if they like it, you get what I'm trying to say?
