I am an old metal head compare to you. In 2010 I was so bored with the state of metal music in the wast so I broaden my horizons and that ultimatly lead me to Japan! I was like WoW metal ain't dead it just relocated to Japam and will rise from there even stronger in time! I was so right! Soon we could have a Clash of the Titans female version from Japan! Tyler fan since Odd Future, I'm very old lol. Flower Boy was my favorite Tyler album, up until his most recent release (CHROMAKOPIA). I think it has more to do with where I am right now because the theme of this album (I won't spoil it) hits me hard in this era of life. Both are incredible though & you'd fall in love with both, I'm sure.

Tyler is my favorite artist. His last album is really good, but personally my favorite album is flower boy. Definitely check both of them out

I was told to go listen to the album Flower Boy in order to get to know Tyler the Creator, which worked for me. It's a great starting point to watch his journey from there to CHROMAKOPIA from this year. (also, idk if it's just me, but the volume seems waaaaaaaaaay down)

Tip for pronouncing Japanese when it's rendered in romaji (that is, Roman letters): pronounce every syllable. With only one or two exceptions ("desu"), there aren't silent letters in romaji Japanese.
