Asmi Shah is a sound healer, yoga asana and meditation teacher, and pranic healer. She travelled to Nepal to learn sound therapy using Himalayan singing bowls from a third generation master and healer and studied additional sound healing modalities in the US. Yoga and meditation have always been a part of Asmi’s life, but they took on a greater role as she found herself burnt out from work and personal challenges. She truly believes these tools are for everyone and can significantly improve quality of life.

@johnchew9235 it is a mix of metals. This particular new moon set has a high silver content which you can see reflected in the color of the singing bowls.

That's a really beautiful gong, I haven't seen anything like it! I have a 34" feng (wind) gong & I love making whale song sounds on it with my flumies 😊
