With Ablett they say he would have won 4 premierships as a hawk in the 80s. I say maybe even 5 as a hawk as we run out of puff in the final quarter in the 84 gf. Ablett would have made the difference. So I see Ablett as a hawk winning 5 80s gfs. In the 90s they won in 91. With Ablett I see them potentially winning it in 92 and 93 also. 8 potential premierships there.

I went with a North friend to watch at the Railway Hotel, Windsor where it was shown live. I had a Quaddie going (which l got) and barely saw any of it apart from the last few minutes. I was at this game and it was a beauty . Sydney had the chance to win but Fitzroy were too strong . The funniest part of the game was when Capper took a mark over Pert in front of goal , but then lost the plot after Pert sledged him about his then GF.
