Keto Cheesy Bread
Hello Everyone. Ever have those bread cravings... Here is what I make when I have them. This is a cheesy bread that is simple, pretty quick, but no lacking on flavor.

What you will need:
1 Cup of Mozzarella (or mozzarella mix/blend)
I/4 Cup Almond flour
1 Egg
Baking sheet & parchment paper
.
Extra ingredients:
Basil
Oregano
Garlic powder
Mix all together, scoop onto the the parchment paper and flatten so it is all even and place into a toaster oven for 15-16 minutes at 350 degrees.
Enjoy!

Other uses:
Pizza: Pepperoni, olives, egg plant, sweet peppers,... toppings are endless.
Use with marinara
Sandwiches

I used to find reading the comments helpful but it seems like these days people just use that as an opportunity to tell everybody how they totally changed the dish to somehting else. I simple up or down vote on the recipe would be most helpful but what do I know other than I can't try thousands of variation.
Is there a reason to precook the ground beef before putting in the oven vs just mixed the raw ground beef with seasoning then cook in oven?

That is not, "...just a little bit of ketchup." That is smothered in ketchup. Maybe you measure ketchup the same way you measure mustard? Going to try it tomorrow night. The comments sound promising.
You lost me at just 1 pound of ground beef. I would double that personally.
I made it today. Yum! I did add some mushrooms, yellow peppers, spinach and a tiny bit of cilantro and used half n half instead of full cream. It was so delicious!

I would add pepperoni and black olives. Also I don't have a stove just microwave and top of stove burners can I use either one of those?
It's great! I would dice up some pickles to add on at the end as well after it's cooked. I like cold pickles with my cheeseburger

Small suggestion. Try adding the pickles after cooking. There is nothing quite like a cold, crunchy dill pickle to compliment the heat of the other ingredients.

What if I can’t get that particular mustard
It works just as well. I like this one because the flavor holds up. That was all. Regular mustard seems to get lost. It’s all about what you enjoy tasting. 😊
I made this for dinner tonight. I omitted the bacon because of time constraints. I served it with pickles on the side because I didn’t want them to get hot and mushy. We loved it!! I feel so satisfied after eating this due to the high fat and calories. With the mustard flavor mixed in it truly reminded me of eating a bunless burger. 😊 Thanks for an AWESOME recipe!! ❤❤

I made this today and it was DELICIOUS. The only thing I did differently is added spicy brown mustard vs Dijon and very generously seasoned both my plant based meat, egg batter and on top. Then added more cheese on top. Definitely a 10/10! Thank You.

Good basic recipe. I sauteed onion and garlic. I sautéed mushrooms and added them to make it feed more people. No pickle, our son doesn't like them.

I don’t see why this wouldn’t work. You will know it’s getting done when the outside Edges start to brown. Let me know how it turns out!
