Hey, I found a house that the foundation walls of the basement are moisturizing. According to my uncle is lack of tar coating. He recommended to have a machine excavator excavate the dirt out and then add the coating and fix some of the pipings. Is this recommendable or you recommend something else? Thanks

Everything is looking great. I know it’s tough when you got a full-time job and then you’re doing this too, but your turn out a wonderful home. I’ve been watching you since you very began started on the property and when you first started cleaning off and cutting the lumber for your house and all the way up till now things are looking great. Keep up the good work. We’re still sitting in the background watching what you’re doing. I don’t miss the episode of your videos, even if I don’t respond every time.

I was a full-time carpenter for about 20 years. Now it is secondary to my day job. I did sweep out the attic and second floor but the first floor has a lot of material scattered around.

Does the climate where you live, dictate insulation of the roofs and exterior walls? and do you mind telling us what coarse/major/field of study you teach? TYFS, I feel as though watching you build a green house, signed me up for the longest start to finish video ever and loving it!

Yes, I will insulate everything because of the extreme heat in the summer and it does get below freezing for a period of time in the winter. I teach in the field of biblical studies. Glad you joined with the greenhouse, but it is still going to be a "long" video moving forward.

I've been using vinegar, on a cotton ball, pat the areas with it, a charcoal face sugar scrub, and now have been using salt, yes salt, as a scrub, and scrub the areas really good, and also, baking soda, paste, they all have been helping, great, don't forget ice packs especially on the swollen areas for 15 to 30 minnutes at a time, a few times a day, or when needed. tfs

Never get tired of watching you running that 122. I'm working diligently, trying to follow in your footsteps. For your finished stacked/stickered framing lumber, (after your planing and routing) how did you organize your stacks? Did you keep all 2 x 6 together, 2 x 10, Etc. For example, the log I milled tonight had six 2 x 10 x16's and two 2 x 6 x 16's. I am putting all my 2x's in the same stack. Its quicker now but may cause me grief later when trying to retrieve certain sizes during construction. Appreciate all your videos!
