TIP .. Rename the video Check out my cool military gear.
They. Last over a year why complaining
Curious, is it possible to wear the old gen woodland FLC's with no belt? Do you have to use a strap? Not like I need to do something like this, just geniuely curious cause I know the newer FLC's can be modified to be worn with a strap and no belt.
I have the le. It’s def not easy to conceal. Is the sd easier like in the pocket being smaller or basically same thing?
Could be wrong but I believe according to uniform history channel and some other camo surplus experts, this piece was also commonly used by workers and even painters.
That is a wild combo!
Really cool I imagine some kind of large pouch setup to store a tent, sleeping bag, food, water and camping trip items would be very useful for a item like this, allowing you to build your own custom bushcraft or even airsoft, milsim, tactical or even camping and hiking loadout on a MALICE/ALICE frame.
Very useful video cause I have & love the old one and I still run it the new one looks legit and I like some of it's upgrades, I also love your video regarding FLC's.
Not army but airforce :)
@@Nubbpiraten thanks for the info!

I’ve skied at the old 10th training area in Colorado.
Where you get? 🤔
@rico-3687 I found the cover on eBay. The pack was from a Surplus store in Idaho.
Wots the last one id like that is it swedish or swiss?
@@lonewandererbushcraftwildc6822 thenheavilynwaxed canvas one that expands? It is about 100 years old. It is Swedish. I don't know what it is called. I talked directly to someone in Sweden and bought it.
How does your m40 mess kit fit inside mine doesn't it's too narrow at the bottom did they make them in different sizes
@lonewandererbushcraftwildc6822 the kit doesn't go all of the way down. The bottom slides to the start of the leather. I keep the alcohol stove in the narrow leather bottom underneath the windscreen and kit. You might have an irregular one, but I have owned/sold about 20 of the gas mask bags and they have all fit the kit.
id like to see your stash of gear lol; ALL the stuff you have acquired is rather neat
Well, for the most part, I have about 75% of what is in my videos still. The ones that i doubted my future use of them drove me to sell them. They are separated based on current use, sometime use and rarely used. I sold things like the Swedish m1905 line because they weren't being used, and I wanted to ensure that they had homes with loving owners. I only used youtube for me to document them. The items are obviously the best part of the videos because I am not the best orator.
what size is the jacket?
The jacket and the trousers are both size L. I weigh in at 165 lbs and I am 5'11"- for reference.'.
@@eskimomarine2252 thank you for the quick response
Thank you for your service sir
Thank you! Thanks for watching!
So whens the video on REAL military gore tex?
U pair the usgi set with the usgi mess kit and with the loops you can dry your mess kit and utensils at the same time, I like the swiss better 2/fork better
Hello! Thank you for video!) How is your Danner USMC 15655x (gore tex) feeling right now ?😊
@@Eduard6128 They're feeling great. I only wear them for hiking, so I am not wearing them in urban areas. Concrete tends to wear them down.
@eskimomarine2252 Thank you for answering!) Good luck and take care! ☺️
The Swedish set looks better.
You mentioned burning wood, wood can be burned & is supposed to be burned when the wind screen is inverted, wind screen positioned Up-Side Down with the round center circle portion on top! Upside down from the way the Trangia is used, wood can now be fed through the inverted keyway opening at its Lowest point where heat is Draft Drawn & Focused from lowest to highest point, + gives you a Larger Volume Firebox + easier wood feeding.
Hello, it seems like its the only review of this backpack. How do you like it? Is it comfortable? How is durability? I can get it for 33 euro. Do u think its worth its price? Or its just a bad model? Currently i use Dutch 35L DPM (not the assault pack from ~2009). Edit: does that sticky material leave stains on plastic or metal? Because my previous us molle 2 assaulkt pack did that, sadly. Thanks!
Fleece and Parka is a classic setup.
thanks for sharing friend ! She is a beauty 🟥 🍁 🟥
Thanks! I bought a haft, but I haven't hung it yet. I don't think I'd use it much and more costly to ship. I don't really want to sell, but maybe I'll get the stones to auction the head.
Add it to a jar of pasta sauce - the textured pate and oil will blend in well 😋
@@georgeklavins1175 I may actually try that!
I have that type of Vietnam Pith, it's not plastic. At first I though but I accidentally scrape off a coating and it is made of cork or actual pith I think. It's not souvenir too since it is still used by their armed forces and state militia.
Undoubtedly, the US won the war in Vietnam. But why was it forced to withdraw its troops? Who undermined the morale and fighting spirit of the most powerful army in the world? You won't believe it, but musicians from Britain succeeded in this, namely rock bands of English musicians filled wartime America, driving concert venues to madness, when young girls took off their clothes and threw them on the stage. Thus, the British made a sexual revolution in the US, corrupting Patriarchal America overnight. Thus, the fighting spirit of the American army was undermined. The US hastily withdrew its troops. Thus, any force is always destroyed by those who have Knowledge! The same thing can happen in a war between the US and China, which is why the US does not want to carry out a ground operation in China itself, which is equivalent to 20 Vietnams combined. And they want the Russians to carry out a ground operation in China, and the US will help with strikes on China's military infrastructure. How will the US force China to fight? It is enough to close the Strait of Hormuz and the Suez Canal, to cut off the delivery of energy resources to China by sea, that is why they are causing trouble near the Arabian Peninsula.
Ботинки еще живы?)))
Da, zhivy!
it's not elastic. They are 3 rows of springs covered by leather. Crazy elaborate.
Hi! This is not a Navy raincoat but an Airforce coat for over the dress uniform. Prior to this we were issued a cotton greyish version with removable liner, the one you own is from around the late 90s early 00s as far as I recall.
@@DunkinDeunies Thank you for the information. I was describing it that way because the online surplus store said that it was a "Navy" jacket.
Buddy could have talked less and shown the pockets and given dimensions
@Icanfigureitoutintime yes, I ramble on. I have a couple of other videos about this pack.
Hi Eskimo, can you please clarify a question I have? This company ANOX they still in activity? They have a website? I could not find anything about "ANOX"
I don't believe that they are. The only information that is seen on a Swedish site is that there was a business in 1960. The town itself only has about 500 residents.
ive never watched matrix but this is matrix
Thats actually super interesting, thanks for sharing.
@@gruntgearreview6490 it is similar to your video on how to attach ALICE to USMC Pack (FILBE).
@eskimomarine2252 do you maintain the ability to use the over load feature?
Nevermind, rewatched it and it doesn't look like you keep that function. How do you like that TT shoulder harness? I've thought about getting it because my current TT pads that you see in my videos a are blown the fuck out from use and abuse.
@gruntgearreview6490 I need some more components to use the overload.
I like the adjustable, ergo straps better. I had the Super Straps before. I like the smaller profile (ergo) and less sweat. Also, you can adjust the height when you mount the ergo straps if needed.

Is it good for summer rain at 20C temperature?
If you are doing something strenuous, you may get too hot because there are no vent or pit-zips. It depends on how easy you get hot or cold. If you are taking it easy, in my opinion, it would be fine. I overheat easily. The Trousers are a 10 year older set that are insulated (thicker). I started to sweat during the "dancing"! For me, the trousers are ones that I would wear over thermal pants or jeans in snow or just sitting around. If I could find the "light" field trousers to match the "light" field jacket, then I would wear them more. The color of the different types/generations matches pretty well.
Como posso adquirir um coturno desses?
Nice coat
Thanks. Obviously, too loose on me, but they do sell a liner for it. Quality item.
cool, i like it!
Nice, but too large for me! They also have a liner for it.
I have those bird bags easily holds two boxes of shells, im sure its purpose built to be an upland gamebird bag
That what they said on one website. Foraging bag.
Are you near Seattle? I just bought one of these and would love to ask about the welding you did for the electric hub.
@briansloan90 Yes, I am in Burien. I took my bike to Cyclefab LLC, Seattle, in 2017. It cost me $105, then, for them to weld the dropouts. I may make a shorts video if you want. If you weld yourself, it looks pretty easy. I just didn't have access to a welder, and I wanted it done properly. When I first talked to them, they didn't even know exactly what they were going to do, and I only saw the results when I picked it up. They pretty much just welded on a thick, round, slotted washer onto each dropout. I was fine with the results, and I have had no problems with a 36V/500W motor and currently a 48V/500W motor. My control arm from the 36V manufacturer was not a good fit (the forks are fatter than common forks), and after I hit something, it was enough to jar it off and create a spin-out, which opened the dropouts.
@@briansloan90 I guess Cyclefab moved to Renton, according to their website.
@@eskimomarine2252 Hi thanks for the reply! I dug up your email in another comment and emailed you. I am not far in mercer island. My research showed I can buy a kit like this: ua-cam.com/video/Z08k5UB2A7M/v-deo.html instead of welding. Is there a reason you had to weld vs installing a 'torque arm"? I am also looking at those wheels with the motor inside from the same manufacturer from Leeds bikes.
@briansloan90 LEEDS is good, but pricy, not as strong/fast as a 48V system. It worked well until my battery started to die after 5 years. The replacement battery was $900, I think now $600. It's 10+ years old tech and only 36V. It is also proprietary. Thus, the price is higher because it is not wired like most kits. I like the motor on the front wheel because, if you are pedaling, you have all-wheel drive. I rode my bike in a snowstorm 18 miles each way to work and never dumped the bike because of the traction. My new entire 48V system from Amazon was $600 with a better screen/controller. Also, the replacement parts and accessories are much cheaper. It has 33% more power and speed. It tops out at 26 mph vs. 19 mph from LEEDS. It was just as easy to install as the LEEDS system. Torque arm - can work, but because the MO-93 has thicker, curved forks, it didn't fit the best, and thus, failed after jarring if off enough.
I had it welded for two reasons. Firstly, it was safer. The second was that it looks better than using a torque arm. Welding also makes it faster/easier to remove or reinstall the wheel with the motor in it. I switch out the wheel when I only want to pedal.
I have 2 of the older versions with yellow stitched edges. Also they have stitched markings at corners. CM. and 84. Great heavy blankets. 👍
This is my go-to blanket. I use it at home and while camping.
304 stainless is 2nd only to medical hospital grade. All other stainless steels are Les than 304 as my research goes. I suggest more research. 304 is pretty high quality.
ma è vecchio?
getting A7 vibes
Congratulations you have one of the rarest molle packs. They came out when the molle system was first issued. They were short lived. They never made it again once the acu molle packs came out.
@kenkellogg54 I ended up selling it simply because I wasn't going to use it, and I didn't want it to be a museum piece since I use all items that I own, although some less often than others. I have enough stuff and I have the CAS Assault Pack with all of the accessories.
