Can we please change the title to "Sikh Princess"? She was not Indian. Kapurthala was a state of Sikh Empire (Punjab). Punjab was annexed 102 years later after british annexed rest of India. I've been across to this Gurdwara many times from Essex on the Tilbury ferry. It really is an impressive building and a welcoming place, Sikhs are both friendly and curious as to how you see their religion/way of life. Go visit if you have the chance.

'Rathenrae', Penn, Buckinghamshire ~ correct spelling. The house is not called that now but it would be lovely to name it back to 'Rathenrae'.

I was surprised to see a statue of Pocahontas in the U.K.
