Hi! Long shot…Do you happen to have the instructions for this? I got this same chair and no assembly information was in the box.

I purchased two 12000-BTU units and both worked for two years only. According to the code that came up there was a loss of refrigerant. I contacted midea customer service and they basically told me that there was only one year warranty and there was nothing they could do for me. As turned out i found on the owner's manual that the seals, reason why the refrigerant leaked, have five years warranty. I contacted again midea customer service and they gave me the run around. Based on that I had no choice but to throw both in the garbage. Good luck to all.

I like the way the first AC's width fits perfect in the window. You don't even have to use the side curtains.
