Bought it, the smaller one is still the best. One battery that last just as long as the new 2 battery 13" model. It's lighter and much less work to handle and use. I wish I could return it for a refund

On mine the handle comes free from the long tube when strimming...I push it back in properly in the right orientation but slides back out easily again particularly when carrying it around...not great

Are you able to change the spool head on this model to a quick wind one. I like the price range of this model and power etc but I don’t like this still of spool. I prefare the ones you can put the line straight through the wholes then simply wind the line in. So much easier and less faff.

Hello, just purchased a L2000 model and figuring out how to lay the wire. I have a place where two wires converge into a point, i.e. a path and the fence. how tight a loop can I make for it to cut a maximum space? Didn't find helpful advice on this in the manual.

Avoid this pos. I bought one and used it three times and the motor shaft started slipping inside the metal drive gear. I had to super glue it back. And you cannot find motors for these things. They act like their customers are helpless and won't sell repair parts for those of who can figure out the complexities of a bunch of plastic and screws. Their website is unbelievably stupid. When you register the device, it will prompt you for the sku number. There are like 1000 sku numbers with worx and the website does not offer a search box and the sku options are not in alphanumerical order. It took me like 5 or 10 minutes just to put in that number. I think they're crooks. Easy purchase, impossible repair, they want you to toss it like a disposable camera .

Ours was brand new and it would not pump even with the little straw did the pop bottle trick with the straw upside down and squeezed yes it worked oh by the way our first one we left it out in the garage and next spring it wouldn't even turn on they told me that even a little cold froze it and they would not replace it for us cuz it was past the warranty so this new one has been in the house the whole time

I`ll soon move to a house where there`s already layed down cables for a different robot (different brand). Can I use those or do I need to remove them and put down the included?

Mine did not last long. Cut great new, now battery doesnt charge and one battery will not remove from head.

Genius idea. I love my Nitro power washer for my bikes. Such a great idea and in my honest opinion best of the bunch. Soo many applications for its use 😅!, so convenient to use and makes chores a breeze. The only possibly improvement I could think of is maybe 🤔 a lock switch and stand with a flexible short hose for those hard to reach areas under my motorcycle for example haha Keep it up Worx great stuff. Next on my list is the tyre inflator and work light 💡 the battery idea and sustainability is a game changer 😊for me
