    Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soda can as weight but could not last even 2 sets when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover😟 My MIL did 3 sets with 15 lb dumbbells!! Her biceps bulge like yours !!! I feel really low and defeated.

      Yes! Of course it's for men! You got this. Come back and repeat this later and you'll get stronger each time !

      @@healthbygalit Thank you for your guidance Coach Galit ma'am! I will try your lessons regularly as my MIL told me that over time they will make very strong and super confident and my arm will even start showing a muscle!!! As a man I really want to be strong and empowered in front of my MIL! I tried arm-wrestle test against my mother-in-law's arm but even using two arms together against her one arm I could not even move her arm! :(

      It's all about consistency when it comes to getting results! A little bit everyday! When you don't feel like doing it, just remember how important it is to you to feel strong! How much it'll improve your quality of life! You got this :) @@rupinjeremiah9589

      @@healthbygalit Thank you Coach Galit ma'am! I am trying regularly along with my MIL. She does with the powerful dumbbells like you and has so much strength! Can I try this without weights first? Is there an easier version for men?

      You can do it with water bottles first, and once you have the form add weights! :) @@rupinjeremiah9589

    Our store oftentimes as 1,2,or even 0 GF options where I live making it incredibly hard to find stuff friendly to myself and my friends. Usually, I end up just not making anything but some type of meat and veggie dish. It really sucks and I wish I could be picky, but I can't. (Agreeing with David James)

    Remember, gluten free flours do not rise (No gluten) xanthan gum is needed for stretch and texture of the bread. People with celiacs know this. People who are fad diet eaters and health freaks can choose other things.

    Wow that’s wild, but it’s also my literal only option sometimes. I’m allergic to gluten, eggs, dairy, apples, sufates, and the list goes on. Do you think that I have time to make everything that comes into my house? No. Do I even have the option to pick from one thing over another? No. I either get to pick one gf df ef bread, or I can’t get bread. That’s it. There’s no third option.

    Lactic acid is a byproduct of fermentation. Like the same stuff you get when you idk ferment maybe olives.

    Salt is a preservative??? Salt is salt, regardless if it is pink, blue, from the sea, or from the sky. I understand you are just starting out and repeat why you see on other people’s channel but please inform yourself.

      Here are some of the additives added to regular table salt. Salt, Dextrose, Potas- Sium Iodide, Sodium Bicarbonate, Yellow Prussiate Of Soda. Salt, Calcium Silicate (An Anti-Caking Agent), Dextrose, Potassium Iodide. Vs. One ingredient: Himalayan pink salt.

    Lactic acid is a preservative, it means it is PICKLED. And what do you mean that pink salt is better? Other than trace minerals, all food grade salt is the same (other than table salt, but that is not what is meant here)

    • @healthbygalit
      @healthbygalit Рік тому

      I’m talking about regular conventional table salt added to foods. That stuff usually has additives added such as sodium chloride, calcium silicate, and yellow prussiate of soda
