Hi I had a check engine light come on after installing subs. Any recommendations? I’m thinking it’s something stupid like battery connectors loose or something.
What them lights do tho? 😂

Should probably decide on the tv mounting height first, then cut your holes for the cable runs. FYI
@@jetcontracting4244 yep I always say this! 99% of the time I do this just because you don’t know if the mount will land where you end up putting the box! Nice tip

2 metal studs, full motion tv mount. 55" tv. Will it hold with 4 or 6 toggle bolts?
@@senortrolls2617 I’ve done plenty of 86” tv on 2 metal studs with 4 toggles all into metal studs
Thank you! have you ever encountered an issue where one of the four toggle bolts won't screw in after being placed in the wall? The first three toggle bolts went in smoothly, and their corresponding screws were easy to secure. However, the fourth bolt is giving me trouble. I've tried three times with this one hole, and I've verified that there are no obstructions like pipes behind the wall. I can thread the toggle bolt with the screw outside the wall without any issues, but as soon as I place it in the wall and try to screw it in, it feels like the threading on either the screw or the toggle might be bent, preventing it from securing properly. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
@@senortrolls2617 make sure that
@@senortrolls2617 make sure that the toggle is all the way in and straight laying flat to the back side of the metal stud if that makes sense and always hand thread before hitting with drill.
@quicktechav Thank you I'm gonna try again with my 4th bolt for this hole 🤣
I like the setup! What's the price range for a similar job if i provide the equipment?
The mount I have has 3 holes that mount into one stud, it didn't come with toggle bolts as it was meant for wood studs or concrete. I saw in your response to another comment you can still just use the toggle bolts, but is it safe to do that on just one metal stud ?
Yes no bigger than 65l”

Evidently the 1u vent panel is a space filler or just for looks. It's not like you're going to have any ventilation problems with an open rack.

@@timparker5825 yes but you have to be in the same network at the matrix and connect to its up address

How did you mount the video control box? Did the hardware come with it or buy separately?
It came with on this one
Why do I hang 23000 hundred box?
Is there a reason your video is in hurry up and get done mode?
@@michaelpeele3451 to be under 1.5 minutes I believe
So with any tv I buy as long as I use a control box I will be able to flip the picture?
Yes
Can’t see what all you done to separate the housing either too fast and too far away
@@crider46 it is the best I could do with what I have. All you have to do it’s pry and separate the best you can while keeping it hot. The sealant is not easy to get through you will find what method works best on doing this. There are other videos that may be better on removing the lens
10 min at what temp ?
@@crider46 I believe it said like 400 in 10 minute increments but the heat didn’t last long so I used a flat head and heat gun it was easier. But honestly that is the hardest part is getting these things open.
@@quicktechav can you show more on the controller and how that all works
@@crider46 it’s all installed now but I can point you in the right direction. Black goes to negative terminal on battery red goes to positive terminal on battery. Then the spare cable I hooked up to one of my aux buttons inside. As far as from controller to inside headlights you can hook those 4 pin connectors anywhere on the controller outputs

How far apart did you place the mounting brackets from each other
Depends on the tv you have to measure
I’m not a fan of using four separate mounts. They make professional tv wall mounts. They are more expensive, but you don’t have to worry about getting all four measurements correct for the mount. Install looks clean though!
@@zoeboifresh1000 you’re correct just keep in mind your shipping times! Hard to get one mount quickly vs something like this.
