Can one of y'all see my question
What if I sold my share of the land? But I did not know what I was selling. Mismanagement if the estate is what I want to say.
Thank you! Very, very helpful to do a short sign up to get money in producers hands quickly. I know the timing stresses the local FSA offices. I appreciate the FSA offices hard work on dealing with the timing of this assistance.
All praise is due, sir.
Are there information available for food safety
Nice
Thank you!
Hi, Do you need a professional video editor? & Thumbnails Designer?
I love that you call your cotton plants your 32 million little employees. What a great comparison.
Are chicken growers (Chicken farm) eligible for ELAP?
Informative
Thanks for the video series. This is a recent 'discovery' for me, and I'm going through the series. Good that it was archived. Question on SE tax for CRP. We are 'investor' husband-&-wife without farm equipment or labor (i.e. of 'material-active-passive', we are 'active', but at-risk), with now 1xCRP and multiple crop share farms and natural-&-planted timber. We prevailed on 1 paper-audit, about 6yrs back, where examiner questioned why no SE tax on CRP (and that he saw us as a business and should be on Sch-C, ... in his view). I replied that we do act in a business-like and professional manner but this is an investment, and we report as married-joint individuals/non-incorporated under Sch-E (with 4835's), and that SE tax relates to labor (of which we've none) by which IRS has repeatedly lost fed cases on SE tax of CRP, by which present persistence appears as bad faith. (A prickly response, I agree, but no entity can lose-&-lose in court and simply ignore the rulings....not even the IRS.) This said, we expect a possible return of this issue, and put the CRP payments in my wife's name (as she is now collecting soc. security, a seeming allowance in the IRS' SE-tax-on-CRP- perspective, by web search/review). Under presumption of return of the IRS on the issue, question is if/what more can be (or needs be) done, or if your view is that IRS is finally relenting on the issue? --Thx, Ed
This is my first year with my homestead/small growing business and it seems one thing no one's ever told me is I'm going to need a professional tax consultant.
Thank you USDA team for a very informative IT Industry day!
How about doing a UA-cam video on the changes to the English Walnut crop insurance program for sunburn damage. I can't find anything that explains how it is supposed to work. Even my insurance agent doesn't know how it's supposed to work.
Thanks for your comment! Please have your insurance agent reach out to an Approved Insurance Provider (AIP) for more information on the walnut program. If the AIP is unable to answer the agent's questions, then the AIP should reach out to the local Regional Office of RMA for assistance.
Very nice ,I also many plant of papaya wants to grant to as well needs to other

I'm not going to be able to make it today on that ride
Sign me up!
Duhhhhh my brother and I have 5 generations of inbreeding.
this all seems intresting im excited to lurn about the whole process and how were able to partake in the farm grants
It seems to me those that didn't get help in starting a farm still haven't been helped . We are still not able to buy land and start a farm . The amount of money for these people still was a slap in the face . How many of the controlling party family members receive funds and how much . I think a survey is needed to be done .
The event was very helpful, my family as former slaves worked the land. We are in a food, water shortage, worldwide,. lets continue to be Producers no matter how large or small the acrerage. Praying the younger generations (youth) would put away their cellphones and learn how to grow for their own survival.
As someone who just started their small farm business, this is exactly what I was looking for!
❤thank you so much for you help
First
Helo mam namaste I'm from india and I want come in USA for organic farming I have 4year experience .and I'm graduate bsc science. Tell me about best farm company .
Good luck on that. I’m pretty sure you’ll have to be a US citizen working with the Gov. excellent credit won’t get you in either. Your best bet is to get with the Indian people that own the gas stations here in south Ga and borrow the money. It’s going to take atleast $30-50k. USDA ain’t helping you. This video is payed actors my friend. 😢
So excited to hear that GA is working on growing organic farms!
I buy a gallon of black cap weekly from healthy living, your girls produce the best milk in the east ...hands down!
Hi Jeremy - I spoke to Charlene at the Chamber of Commerce dinner last night about who in Cutler might be doing "lobster tourism". I ran into Steve Cates in Hannaford last week. Steve quickly offered to take us out even though he'd sold his boat. I texted Pauline for more detail. Pauline said the boat is not insurred for more than two people aboard. My friend Antonio and his daughter Erica are visiting me this week from Coiombia SA. Antonio was my mentor when I served in the Peace Corps in the early 70"s. Antonio has been to Cutler Before and visited our family cottage in Holmes Cove. Antonio would like to see a lobster fisherman in action. Charlene said that you were licensed to take more people out on your boat. She also said that you wouldn't be putting gear in the water until. early May.. April 27, 29 and 30 are days that would fit our schedule. Charlene mentioned that you might know of a fiserman in Cutler that already has gear out that might be willing to take visitors. Charlene gave me your phone number but somehow it got lost in the conversation. I took a chance that you might have a website. Your UA-cam video is impressive. The lobster tradition runs deep in your family. It is heart warming to see that the culture of lobster fishing is alive and well and continues to provide livelihods for Maine Families. Thanks Jeremy David Dowley
Excellent potential program~!
@FarmersGov So if you sold livestock in that tax year but purchased them in a prior year, does it still get filled out the same?
