Is the snopro 600 reliable? I really want one but don’t know if it is right for me
I would say no but depends on the sled! Mine has taken quite a bit of time to get dialled but I was able to do all the work myself. If you are looking for constant reliability I wouldn’t suggest it.
There extremely reliable if you take care of them like any sled... I have a 2011 sno pro 600 and that thing has never broken down on me yet in 4 years.. last year i had a track lug rip out and still rode all day long put on 119 miles that day.

Yes! I don’t mind doing it, usually means you just need a couple of premixed jerry cans on standby

I got a 2011 sno pro 500. Runs fine until it warms up then has a bogging issue. Idles good then when you hit the throttle she Boggs right out. Anyone got a idea of what it would be?
its probably jetted very big mine has 450 mains in it and does the same problem just stay on the throttle pretty hard and it wont bog down

I feel ya! I've debated selling one of my sleds for a while now but I've held off because I know I wont be able to replace it! Fingers crossed the sled market fixes itself soon
Ditch banging is where it's at! It's really not that much fun to ride 50 or 100 miles of smooth groomed trails tbh
you should try to ride a mountain or way up north most of the area is free to ride and there's miles of deep powder and even light powder
Stick a ski in a hidden culvert yet? Do it couple times and you'll learn to stay out of the damn ditches
Part of the trails here run along the road , across peoples driveways. Im guessing you're not even a snowmobiler by how triggered you got " stay out of the damn ditches" lol good stuff 👍

I can't stand the feeling of getting sucked in down further in the ditch. Hitting a log and bending my A-Arms on my expense of sled is not my deal but you did a good job. Did you pre drive down the road to look for stuff before making this video?
I know the feeling! We have grown up on this road so we have a pretty good idea of where the hazards are! That being said we always wait until later in the season to ditchbang when the snow base is at its best

They only made a zr6000 RS one year, 2017 and it was the Roger Skime edition. This doesn't look like that sled.

Had it for a while so I can’t exactly remember where it came from. It is a Digatron brand computer with egt, rpm memory etc.

Beware of dickhead residents who hide shit near their driveways under the snow that will fuck up your sled..!!!! I caught my summits ski in a loggers cable that looped thru a cement block & it totaled my sled by cracking the bulkhead .... My brother got caught up in Barbed wire and bicycle frames once but he was barely scooting so he was fine......
Damn sorry to hear that happened! We usually only ditch bang later in the season when there is a pretty substantial base. That being said, I caught a rail road tie the day after getting my wisdom teeth out a couple years back...was not fun haha
Is the 500 snopro a good reliable sled??
In my opinion yes! We have had 3 of them for a number of years and have had little to no issues.
This is how I get to and from our riding areas. The snowplows are on point in my town. During our storms is the best time to ride, as our acces to new areas is 100%. But dwindles as the plows gain the upper hand. We usually drop everything to ride when it snows, even being up all night just to ride. You do what you have to!
