This is a fusion dish I created right here in this kitchen - pork roasted in a Korean soybean paste (doenjang) marinade and served Korean-style with salad. This is a great recipe if you’ve bought some Korean paste from the supermarket and are looking for new things to do with it!

The recipe looks nice and easy. What flavor is the broth tablet?
The basic ingredients of the tablet are various kinds of seafood and vegetables. Savory but not salty. It gives the broth a rich seafood taste without a strong fishy smell.
