I had my house detailed ever inch and buffed out or painted stains on the wall. 7. No religious books or objects. 8. Planted fowers in the front yard and repaired the lawn. 9. Pressure washed the driveway. 10. Repainted the front door. 11. Everything in the garage was stored in the storage. I had my cars washed and polished and parked in the middle of the garage. Total cost : 3,000 dollars. I sold my house to in the a family from Midwest in three days.
