Another thing I'd say is to only focus on Soap and Alex. Alex's story would have explored Farah making the wrong choices for the right reason and trying to come to peace with the consequences and questioning whether she did right by her people. Soap's story would have explored 141 against Makarov, and built further on Soap as a character.

I would switch to Ghost instead, and have the player try to somehow save Soap by trying to get a kill shot as Makarov, only to miss slightly and graze Makarov's ear, and have him miss and shoot Soap in the neck instead. Makarov and Konni run away. Ghost rushes towards Soap and sits down only to see his wound and blood gushing out. We try to hastily keep the blood in as Ghost talks to him in a broken voice, and Soap stares at us (Ghost) with tears in his eyes and slight fear. As an additional effect, we see the POV get blurred out in the borders signifying that Ghost is tearing up. Everything else in the background is only heard as if it's coming through a layer of water. We suddenly come out of this haze by Price, who has put his hands on Ghost's shoulder and calling out his name "Simon!". We realize Gaz and Price have already disarmed the bomb, and it's been quite some time, and SAS QRF has reached our position. "Simon, let him go son. Come on.". Ghost has been in shock and hadn't realized he'd been holding onto Soap the entire time. We are helped up by Gaz, and we see Ghost's hands slightly tremble at the side of the blood covered gloves and have a SAS soldier put a cover over Soap's body. We see Ghost start to hyperventilate, and everything cuts to black. We then cut to the funeral scene. Instead of a cutscene, this is a mission. We play as Ghost. Ghost takes off his mask, and as he's about to throw the ashes to the air, he stops and hugs the urn tightly, "I won't scatter your sorrow to the heartless sea. I will always be with you brother. Plant your roots in me." and he covers his face with Soap's ashes, and looks at the camera with broken eyes, teasing Ghosts. We don't see his face, but he has unmasked himself in respect for Soap.

I miss MW2019

I loved war mode bc it reminded me of cod ww2 and the fact that it didn’t affect kdr meant you could play casually and level up without worrying about your stats, i wish there were more than 2 maps.

Bring back Champions Hill and Spec Ops MW2 2009 style please

Reinforce was a game mode from ghost. It was a mix of domination and search in a way. You could win the game by capturing all 3 flags at once or killing the other team. Any time you captured a flag, your teammates respawned.

Also Valeria is sexy and I don't know about y'all but that is who I'm playing as

realism mode needs more love I mean I get it wasn't much of difference from mw core but the small things made the mode feel so much different with 1 hit headshots and limited hud so you actually get rewarded playing and aiming and it also had a warzone version which I'm sure 99% forgot existed because it existed for like a week in warzone 1 when Rambo and all that was added

Man I miss Prisoner Rescue and really enjoying Havoc while it's up 🤣. Also, MWZ was so sick until they clearly gave up in season 2.

One mode i miss the most was def Fireteam Elimination closest thing we ever got to a Blackout 2 and while it was still alive I always went back to it instead of Warzone

I generally think big flag cap was rushed because 1st there was no regular predecessor in the game it was introduced and the objective call out sound effects were from mw 2019

Raids was the most fun I had with MW22, it felt like someone at IW actually had fun designing the interesting co-op puzzles that didn't involve mindless shooting
