The solution would be a union.

This is were feminism doesn't see common sense it shows how selfish impatient you are plus not a team player let alone see benifits that normally occur when you help others instead of being completely controlling about other's
😂exactly 😂
*Koff koff 👿💩 lolssssssss.
Stolen content.
That's how THAT works.... sorry... NOT SORRY....!!!! 😑
Missed a chance to talk about all the nuts she put in her mouth
So sorry for them probably breaking up😢😢
Bad bosses are plentiful
Yup..... that's how That works.....!!!!

Bro's in disbelief 💔💔
Boy they will do anything to get free work. But a lot of places want u in early. But if u are in early the. U should leave 10 minutes early just to mad
I used to work for a grocery store, as a shopper, and they started getting on people for "stealing time" I explain it takes time to clean up certain things and sometimes we are working till the designated time they pulled the "you'll be fired if u do again" card my answer okay I'll leave on time😐 then it "why didn't u finish cleaning up"......now any job that starts that well see me work like those old movie factory workers 😀💳🫥
If I'm required to be there, then I require payment for my time there. I never had a problem with factory working, getting there a bit early to hit the bathroom and run my food to the break room, as those are still personal activities. But if I'm not clocked in, then leave me alone as far as anything work related good. You want me to start early, then cool, let me clock in rq, and I'll get on it.
It's for the needs of the business employee
I didn't clock in for 3 years before anyone noticed because the deliverys were made no complaints im Irish i got a call from HR after i was off for a week and a half about a complaint i just said iv been in Morocco for the last week on holidays she just said oh right sorry but you need to start clocking in so we know i said not a hope bye that was last year i still haven't heard anything never had a problem getting paid full salary plus 2nd loads
Take this job and shove it.
This actually makes sense if your working for like starbucks wendys etc to get yourself dressed and ready for 10am grab yourself a coffee or something I arrive 20minutes early so im not late it's easier for me and many others idk who thinks this way
waaage theffft
What are you sacrificing????
Toxic bs
This was one of the reasons Kmart went bankrupt. They lost multiple lawsuits for requiring their employees to arrive an hour early, sit around for that hour UNPAID, then not giving breaks during the actual shift, for 1 thing.
My sacrifice is I'm not being paid anywhere near enough
My old boss wanted and had us come in and clock in 10 minutes early. We were able to cover each other and overlap without doing overtime. It was nice clocking out 10 minutes before the top of the hour.
Illegal wage theft
Prep time in a restaurant is paid work. Prep time anywhere should be paid work. Period.
Would you like to be paid for your commute as well? You get paid for what you produce, not how ling you take to do it.
I don't think a company should make it mandatory to be early. But I also think an employee should be working after start time. Coming in clocking in then getting your coffee. Putting your lunch in the refrigerator and all those things are taking time that you're getting paid for. We are looking at White collar versus blue collar mentality. A blue call worker cannot clock in and then take 15 minutes to get ready to start their shift. And that's due to the nature of the work. But I still think regardless of white color blue collar. If you're on your time for your shift, the employer shouldn't concern themselves about how.
This is a crazy circle conversation that could keep going and going.
If you're getting ready to work you're working.
So if you're taking a shower you're working?
I've worked with people who will arrive at the office (so are getting paid) will go make a coffee and eat some cereal before actually logging on so I get where the manager here is coming from
I'm required to dress in work clothes at work (clean field). I had nearly that same discussion sooo many times. Luckily I live in a country whose labor laws point out: if work requires you to dress at work it's work time. (the same if you NEED to shower at work or are really dirty afterwards (famous example are coal miners)) One Boss wanted the team to come in like 30 Minutes early for the mandatory briefing at shift change and don't get paid for that half an hour. I was there the one week it took me to get a new job and told every junior going in that's not normal and really not something she could order.
@@wlonsdale1Where I live Yes! If your work mandates it (think of sterile fields or contaminated areas) or you get exceptional dirty during work (coal miners, some construction jobs, sewer work) it's in the law that that's work time.
Umm setting up is work.
Ask for that in writing.
If you could put that in writing to my personal email please directly from the company's email. I'll get right on that along with the information that I will send to the government board that deals with employment
Don't forget about the copy to your lawyer
@@mattsvids0120 sending it to your lawyer means you have to pay for a lawyer. sending it to the government board means they will foot the bill
So I can lose basically an hour of pay each week + a rushed morning commute? Psyche!
For generations we arrived a few minutes early. It made us not rushed and not late. Now laziness prevails
@@wlonsdale1f*ck you person who probably already retired after working for only twenty years and is now living off a million dollars
Stop being rude, and I will stop blowing the alarm girlfriend. Yes, my name is Veronica
As she should
Wish this was really true. I was in customer service and we would have been fired for this.
I'm taking to dY off
And I would just call in 'sick' the next day. Seriously, those kind of power tripping managers grind my gears.
Dude is terrifying. Red flags all over the place.
Idc
This is some real sh!t. This happened to me.
I only discovered this channel appearing in my feed less than a year ago. In that time I have noticed the artist/animator's distinctive style evolving, images becoming more detailed and motions flowing smoother from one action to the next. I am even noticing that color now plays a larger role in the scenery and characters. Bravo! I love to watch someone's skillset flourish and grow like this.
Nice to hear that the manager apologized. I was half expecting the next part of the video was the employee pointing out that the manager realized they did something wrong but never apologized for having done so.
To be fair, IRL adults sometimes raise their voices and often are entitled to do so. Get over yourself, Veronica.
😆 lol that’s pretty good I might have to use the same approach for some people Especially when it’s not necessary to raise your voice.
Veronica made it crystal clear 🤭😆😂🤣🤣🤣
“I don’t allow people to speak to me like that.” This phrase and attitude really helped me. Because my career in a “man’s career” made me the target of man/child bullying more than once. I became stronger and stronger as my skills became better and I was more valuable.
I was the only female in a tearout and clean out company. I understand what you probably went through. Thinking you smell "weakness" will get you bitten. At first I did think it was just me but then after they realized it wasn't going to work they then moved on to the littlest guy on crew. That little guy ended up WITH the company. He saved all the time which meant he never went out with anyone to eat/drink. Never ate lunch with the crew always brought his own(he'd come and sit with people but they'd make fun of him for bringing lunch into a restaurant). Learned EVERYTHING there was down to insurance procedures and one day he came to the bosses with a proposal. I wish I had still been working there when those guys found out that he now was the boss 😅
I’d immediately get punished with more work if I did this with my boss.
Do you really want to work under those conditions 🤔⁉️
