If German fans want a rematch because of the hand ball by Cucurella, then lets make everything right and have Germany play without Tony Kroos because that should have definitely been red card after injuring Petri at the 8th minute putting him out for the rest of the tournament. Also, Cucurella was in the motion of retracting his hands and not expanding it which makes the difference in the FIFA rule #12.
