With over 40 years experience training and teaching Aikido, Chris Tozer, 6th Dan, Technical Director of the Shinbukan Dojo, has created this channel to assist students in their continued study of the art. Here you will find videos on all aspects of Aikido practice and we will be adding new material regularly, so check back for updates.

Video taken at the Shinbukan Dojo Spring Seminar 2014. Includes highlights of the menuchi series for nage waza (throwing techniques) including irimi nage, shiho nage, kote gaeshi, koshi nage and kokyu nage. Tachi dori variations are also included from the weapons training portion of the seminar.
