Stainless steel construction ensures durability and resistance to corrosion in any environment, whether wet or dry.
Our fully automatic can seaming machine is designed to effortlessly seal round tin, aluminum, or composite cans.
With four rotating rollers, the seaming head seamlessly seals each can with precision.
The machine operates independently with its own inlet and exit conveyors, streamlining the production process.
Optional modules, such as fillers or gas injectors, can be seamlessly integrated for added versatility.
An inkjet printer can easily label products as they exit the machine.
The system features quick and simple height adjustments and tool changes to accommodate various can sizes.
Powered by servo motors, the indexing star, lid feeder, lifting table, and seaming head ensure smooth and precise operation.
Our PLC controller with text display allows for easy settings adjustment and provides error messages when needed.

With a can diameter range of 52 to 153 mm and a motor power of 6 kW, our seaming machine is versatile and powerful, meeting the demands of modern production environments.

@@umarmakinasanayi Да не. Просто я одно время изучал технологию закатки банок. Искал инфу. Нашёл сколько угодно инфы про круглые банки. Хоть завались. И нисколько про квадратные. Я не знаю почему, но все из этого делают какой-то большой секрет. Я про само устройство закатного блока. Картинки находил а вот видео нормального и близко нет. Внзде вот подобное, снятое за 5 метров и мало что разобрать. Вот вы, производитель этих станков. Может вы скажете... Неужели это реально секрет ? И у вас среди пооизводителей лютая конкуренция ?
