Is that the standard size or the Shorty?
@@Stylelss I believe they are the shorty option.
cut the cotter pin end off so they don't quite reach the other end. they will set around the pin better with less chance of snagging.
How do you adjust the levers engagement point ? I recently changed my leavers and I don’t thin the engagement point is correct ?

My new clutch lever "falls" forward, the stock one had the little spring as yours but in the new lever there isnt any hole for the spring, what can i do ?
Which levers are that?because I got an arc lever for a 2023 TC125 and it was the incorrect part

Really hate how this lever when you adjust it closer it lets out to early.. prefer the stock one better unfortunately
Yeah I understand that but for as much as in take dirt samples I need a lever that can take it haha
called them and told Arc about this, they sent me a super adjustable one. but unfortunately it still doesn’t adjust enough. even told them the shorter lever works better. There answer to that was they design them for cincirillo and tomac. which is a bad business model since we actually buy stuff and they get it for free. I guess I should be wearing a size 12 boot since that is what adam wears.

My freind has a klx 140 stock exhaust and the thing sounds like a damn utility 4 wheeler
what carb are you running? im having trouble to make my 150 crisp i have a mikuni
I had the stock carb on in this video but I have a lectron now and it’s worth the money.
@@midwestmoto7280 what difference do you feel? & is it really plug in play or ?
It took about 2 hrs to get the old carb out and the lectron installed. I ran it checked the plug after first ride and turned the metering rod 1/4 turn and that’s it. It’s stupid simple and easy. I feel it has more low end and the power feels better throughout the powerband.
@@midwestmoto7280 the problem with my bike is that it stutters alot before hitting the powerband, i previously owned a 17 125sx & the mikuni on it was literally perfect & now that i have the 150 it has a bad sputter , will the lectron clear that up?
It will definitely take care of that. I put a RK tek head insert in and use the red power valve spring with the lectron and it runs better then any bike I have ever owned.

Sounds ALOT better w/Pro Circuit full exhaust. I just ordered a '22 KLX140RL last wk it will be in late August. Got case Maxima 10w40 semi synthetic oil ready to go / K&N filters & 1 iridium NGK plug. Better order the pro circuit or Yoshimura exhaust!
