Well, the Mahindra 1626 has a new home. It has been a strong reliable workhorse. Hopefully I don't regret letting it go. Looking forward to a new pack member. What's next?
Mahindra Max 26 XL Cleaning Out Spring

My spring dried up, so I figured I would take advantage and clean it out. It is probably hard to tell from the video, but it is located at the bottom of a very steep hillside.

This was my first time to ever use a powered log splitter. I picked this one up last week from Rural King. Today was it's first run, and I was really impressed.

Mahindra Max 26 XL and the brush pile
Just bought the 4920 im exited its on order
A tripodview would be better.
We know what they look like, show us under the hood.
how are you liking it so far?
I love it! It's an awesome machine. Very capable.
How many HP is the motor on the 32ton
7 hp
How much is this average cost
Probably between $30 - $32k
@@hudginshomesteadFWIW I just bought a new CK3520SE HST for ~$28K in NW Virginia
That's a good deal. Congratulations!
Ugh, that saw is 4-strokin bad in the cut (to rich on the high jet). Pull the limiter caps out of the carb, do a muffler mod, re-tune the carb, that saw will be a whole different saw....GUARANTEED! First thing i did to my CS4910, (H/L cap delete, muff mod, re-tune) now it cuts like a banshee! Before i did that, my saw sounded just like yours, fat & lazy.
I have a Newholland 33hp , and they said it would not handle a 6 ft tiller. It does great.
33 hp is a nice tractor.
Sweet video! Thank you for letting the tractor do all the talking 👍 These little diesels sound so good. Just bought mine and looking forward to mowing season!
Thank you for watching. Congratulations, I have a feeling that you are going to love it. We are extremely pleased with ours. They are great little mowing machines.
Onde comprar e qual o preço
I got mine from Frederick's Outdoor in Decatur, AL. I think they're probably around $22,000 now, but I'm not sure.

Quero saber valor preço?
These tractors usually cost around $22,000

Hi
Qual o valor dessa mauina
Around $23,000
Looks like elm or gum, either way they are both incredible difficult to bust.
It was black gum
That’s all the more impressive. Thank you for the video. I plan to purchase either the 32 ton or the 37 ton sometime within the next week
I don't think you will be disappointed, which ever you choose.
What size bar are you running in this vid?
It's the factory 18 inch bar.
Muffler mod. Pull the jet limiter caps and those saws wake right up
I've thought about it, but I have never done that before and it performs extremely well for me. I would be scared of goofing it up right now. Maybe a possibility later.
@@hudginshomestead there is nothing to “mess up”. You can LITERALLY remove the 2 screws that hold the spark arrestor screen in. And pull that 1/4” silencer tube out.. and put the screen back in…DONE Then for the carburetor Use a pick tool and literally just align the tabs on the limiter sleeves and pull straight up. I promise you won’t regret it. Those 4910s in stock for are sooooo depressing I had a Charles Brisco ported 4910 also. It was nice. Too small for what I do tho
Thank you for that information. Doesn't sound too bad.
@@hudginshomestead Yes she's running a little rich on the high side.
@@hudginshomestead hes right, you won't regret it.
Este tratorsinho e machó
We have had it for a few months.
Is that a new mower?
No it's not brand new it's a 2016 model he's using but you can find newer models of the 1025R
@ninjashyperboi4889 we purchased the 1025R brand new from the dealer in 2022.
I did the muffler mod which took 5 minutes. Did u or just stock ?
It's stock
Honestly my 4910 was supposed to b my small saw and then I was going to buy a 60 or 68 cc saw. But I never needed it as I only cut smaller trees or 1 big tree at a time. It’s perfect all around size. I personally wouldn’t buy anything smaller cuz it’s so light. And this is small but will handle larger things that come up.
It is a very versatile saw. Love it.
I use an ECHO CS 4500 she is strong enough for the most trees i HAVE
Yes, a 455 is a monster. What this place needs is lime to make the soil not piss-poor, so broomsedge doesn't dominate. Burning it and plowing it under wouldn't hurt, either.
sickle might of been easier.
You got some nice firewood there. Saw seems to be working well!👍
Thank you
When weeds get past a certain height you are basically just running over them. They are too tall to get sucked up into the deck to be cut.
Dang just bushhog it
Nice looking Tractor!
Thank you.
I'm going to subscribe to you because you don't run your saw lean but a little fat on top actually. I like that. I got the same saw they are dang good for the money.
Thank you for subscribing. After my dealer adjusted the saw at the time of purchase, I haven't touched any adjustments. I definitely agree with you. A lot of saw for the money. A lot of power for a stock saw. Loving mine.
What exactly do you mean by "lean"? Typically a lean saw will have low torque and power in a cut and will two stroke instantly without load. If you run the motor too rich, the carbon will cake up in the exhaust port and will eventually harden and severely score the exhaust side of the piston. Even worse, the built-up carbon will eventually break off, and if the piston is on the intake stroke, it will suck that hard-as-stone carbon into the cylinder and cause catastrophic damage to the walls. I check the plug every time im done tuning. What you want to look for is a light grey ground electrode, a hazel colored insulator, and a dark brown "fuel ring". This will give you the perfect tune. Enjoy your saw! I have had my 4910 for a year now and just love it. It starts every time, it runs great every time, and it keeps going!
Col
Thank you.
Even has the letter H on the base 😁 Now you got plenty of firewood for nxt year. Nice machine brother!
Thank you.
Love that Mahindra brother 😁
Thank you
Now all you need is some wood working tools and make you some furniture 😁
That would be a good excuse for a workshop.
Wait don't burn it rot it! that will make some fine compost for your muscadine vines, nothing better than Compost!
Yes, I definitely need to research and start some compost piles. I'm getting a late start in life learning some of these things, but I'm trying. I'm sure it would have to be good to help restore the soil quality here. This place generates so much brush cleanup every year that I have had to burn. As I can get an area that I can designate for it, I want to start composting. Thank you for checking out my videos. I appreciate the comments.
That's what I'm talking about!! Nice Mahindra brother 👍
Thanks
love mine!
Definitely impressive machines. Thank you for your comments.
That's one nice Mahindra brother!!
Thank you.
By the way it's me Dalton
Hi I think you should do a video on your truck
I have a Max 26 XL I was told I couldn't have a 5 foot tiller. It would be too heavy. I have a 5 foot on a ford 800. It is really to fast ever in first gear. It is yellow King Kutter and your tiller is red, does this make a different? Could your tiller be lighter? I would rather use the 5 foot tiller on the Mahindra and have it in granny low to do a better job. Do you have any guidance to give me?
Hello, my Max 26 XL handle the 5 foot tiller without any problems. Works great. The Rural King tiller that I have is a King Kutter. It is just painted red for Rural King. Mine is King Kutter yellow under the red where rocks have chipped it underneath. They do have a lighter 5 foot, but since the Max 26 is capable of handling it, I wanted the heavier so it would operate smoother.
@@hudginshomestead Thanks
Its impressive how well the 26 handles the 5 ft tillers at depth! Good stuff
Love the max series, I bought a 26 xlt. Ill be following you along the way, feel free to subscribe to my channel and follow along!
Awesome! Last year I got myself a used 2004 John Deere X575 4x4 with a 54c mower deck and it had 490 hours on it when I bought it. Now it has about 560.6 hours on it and it is a awesome tractor!
Keep the camera on the grass nobody wants to watch you steer, jackass.
I had to dislike this.. even though it is from 4 years ago. Clearly the owner has no idea how to use the machine. The beauty of the John deere series 200 thru 455..is the options that come with the deck. And for tall grass such as this, the fully raised "BushHog" setting as it is referred is recommended. Reason.. it tops the grass without laying the grass over.. thus not overworking the deck and the engine.. ( hint.. you can hear the deck and engine bog down several times ) Here you are more or less pushing the grass over and it bunches up then cuts it.. ratherly poorly I must add. The proper method would have been 3 cuttings. Highest, mid high and then the lowered setting you would use for the final cut. I've repaired a fare share of spindles and decks due to people abusing them in this manner.
clearly you don't know how to use a machine
Cool story, bro
Thank you. I appreciate the comments.
I want to see a front mounted snow blower
they really get Job done huh
Nice little tractor... Thinking about buying one of these soon. Would love to see how it handles some dirt work!
Scott Warren thank you. The more I get to use it, the more i'm loving it. It is very stout for it's size . I used it to level a 24 x 30 area for my building. I used the front loader and a 5 ft box blade . It did an awesome job. I had to go about 2 ft down into the hillside on the high side. I don't have any video, but I have pics of it if you would be interested in viewing them.
Scott Warren I can't figure out how to post pics here, so I will post them on my instagram. You can follow me and view them there. If you have any questions about the tractor, I will try to help out any way I can.
i have a 445 at work..they are awesome machines..super reliable
