As a ex butcher/shop keeper I honestly look forward to seeing Bennetts posts on a Sunday. Luckily I still get my own meat at cost, but the is some fantastic bargains on here with good quality meat/cuts that far outshine anything you see in supermarkets.

I want a Turkey crown covered in streaky bacon for Xmas . Ordered one from the local farm and it was crap & spoiled Xmas day for us mate.

I bought 2 x sirlion rib joints, they look amazing, 4 x ribeye and 4 x tomahawk pork chops. Ive almost given up buying pork as its pumped full of water and ends up tough as old boots, but these big chops cooked up a treat, no water or white stuff. 15 minuets in the Airfryer at 180 perfect.

I ordered beef and pork joints, and both had gone off don't buy from this man 😮😮😮😮😮😮

Ordered 2 weeks ago spent over 200 quid some of meat was off contacted but no response. Very disappointing

How much was the full lamb to butcher .....My dad won apprentice butcher of year 1960 he beat 1100 butcher's from across UK its 9n Pathe News if you would like to Google him his name was Michael Townend n he was the meat buyer for G.T. Smiths supermarkets where at the time most people went for there meat 🍖 😊
