Thanks for the update. Love your boulders/stone. 💚
I like your home garden. how much you spend money to make beautiful garden like this?
Meravigliosa pianta!
It is really beautiful 😊
Yes, it's getting very warm already. Succulents love spring. Not so much summer though.
Absolutely love your garden. Thankyou for sharing. Love from Australia 🦘🦘🦘
@@ColleenHowe-kr1qy thank you 😊 are you going into summer soon?
love the top dressing you put down...
@@kathystotts5610 thanks. I think it stays looking good a long time before you have to add more.
Everything looking great, love how sweet you’re to your animals 😊
How do you keep all those cacti and succulents alive through winter outside? Don't they get too much water? Can you show an update on the ones you potted up and put under grow lights?
@@lauracastellanos7303 we don’t get too much rain here. I use well draining soil so everything dries fairly quickly. I’ll post a short of the plants that were under the grow light. They’re on a windowsill now.
your place is looking great my best time of the year cooler and winter..
@@kathystotts5610 thank you 😊
Gutters look great. Beautiful sunset 🎉😊🎉
Loved watching you trim up. Looks great 🎉. Aloe looks fine, maybe a little tilted? As to the cactus in the rock, love it. If rock not heavy maybe turn it a little. I do that often with my plants that are in the container 😊 Great job, can't wait to watch next cleanup ❤
This was fun 😂 “lizards, cats and pigs-oh my!”
@@bridgettturner7787 thank you. 😊
Don’t feel bad. I also neglected my succulents this summer because it was so hot outside. I’m so happy it’s cooling down now.
@@elenalo7220 yeah. Me too!
I heard your chickens and for a second I thought one of ours was yelling 😂 you need some big tweezers for your cacti. They work very well. 😊 that sure is a pretty cactus
@@JuanellHopper I do have the long tweezers. They are awesome at getting weeds out of cactus pots
turn your pot around ...
@@kathystotts5610 which pot? Which plant?
RePotting is always an adventure!!!😂😂😂
@@michellechapman8738 ain’t that the truth?!
I Hear chickens!!😂
@@michellechapman8738 chickens are running rampant!
Yep....get that outta that bowl!!

Looks good! So fun. I've tried Mt.Crest many times, but they never survive. The Home Depot ones keep going.
@@ceekaylongbeach thank you 😊 That’s so strange about mt.Crest plants. I have great luck with them.
I placed a orden from the same places the you got yours succulents, I was no happy with my order , your looks beautiful
@@clarawillis2437 I’m sorry to hear that. I’ve gotten several orders from them and they have all been great
They look great! I can't wait to see the progression of these beautiful plants. I'm struggling with mealies too this year. I'm assuming it has something to do with all the ridiculous heat we've had in the valley.
@@nicciohagan9590 thank you 😊 I agree the heat probably makes the mealies worse. Also not much breeze this last year so bad air flow too.
Which way are they facing in the gutter? South? I have a sunburst. That one is so big and beautiful.
The gutters are facing east. My sunburst aeoniums in the front garden are huge but they can actually get twice as big as my largest ones.
looking really good
love all your work on your place is so beautiful ,,love your hair too..
@@kathystotts5610 thank you 😊
Greetings. When you water your gutters planters do they cause damage to the area they are attached to? Thank you.
Good question! It can in time. The barn is painted with a thick coat of paint and so far you can’t see any damage and the wood is protected. We have very hard water here so I do expect to see hard water stains eventually. I can easily repaint this side of the barn. Hopefully not anytime soon though lol.
Great video, looks good 🎉❤
The first is an agave rum runner.
That’s what I was thinking. It looks just like the one I have in the garden.
It may give more pups/heads if you cut just the top with the blooms 🤗
The second one is Gasteria Green Ice🤗
Thank you 😊 you saved me some research 😂
i would for sure put new soil
Use your garden tools to dig up the plants!!
looks so much better
Thank you 😊 It was ready!
Beautiful succulent plants
Yes. A very nice place! I wish it was closer.
I have never been bold enough to see why the flys love it so much lol
😂
What a beauty! I have a different one but the flower is the same shape , the color is mauve. I wish I knew the name.
There are so many different varieties.
It's good!! Cacti are very hearty!!
Yes it’s looking good.
My vote is that I liked aloe in or out of spot , but I also vote u get an elephant 🐘 So what do I know 😂 . Its just an idea but would an old walker be handy to place in area while u clean up so u have something to lean on . U can pick one up probably at a thrift store. Anyway thanks for another great video ❤ . From me in 🗽
Beautiful garden. I was thinking..take the cactus out the pig pot and replace it with something colorful or pot the ghosty in the pig pot.
Thank you 😊I think I’m going to put the aloe in the pig. Some ghosties would definitely look good with it.
Looking at the pig from a certain angle makes it look like a tail. I vote for rearranging the placement of the aloe. i just want to thank you for sharing these maintenance videos I really enjoy them.
Thank you
I like the aloe there, maybe trim that long piece on the right. Your garden has grown so much looks really good.
I think the aloe would look cute planted in the pig
Good idea. I think you’re right 😊
Hermoso jardín, me fascinan las suculentas ❤ Saludos desde Puerto Rico 😊
@@lizorialyssalgado6442 thank you 😊 can you grow succulents in Puerto Rico?
@@Addictedtosucculents Yes
Great job with repoting ❤
Thank you! 😊
May I ask you the size and type of rock you are using as top dressing? I want to get some!! Thanks!!
I have been using Sonoma Gold. I believe it’s 1/4 inch. I think it’s pretty common and not expensive 😊
Great job, camera few excellent, had a thought though that maybe the peanut gallery can fashion u a new pin for ur tripod 😅. ❤
Lol. I need to have him get on that. He can definitely figure it out for me
Love watching maintenance videos! Garden looks great 🤗
@@JustJack_ie thank you. There are a lot more on the way! Stay tuned 😀
How often do you take out the baby mangroves, and other big Mommas and their pups? TY enjoying this channel and content!
@@vanessajohnson1944 😊. It depends on the plant. I try to stick to the ones that stay somewhat small. Usually only remove pups when I want to place them somewhere else in the garden and don’t want to buy more of them. I will be trying to take some silver fox pups and some purple people eater pups to plant in the new section I’m about to start on.
I'm just 6 minutes in and have to ask which stonecrop that is you removed? If it looks that good with the summer we've had, I need some lol
@@nicciohagan9590 I’m not sure exactly. I got cuttings from a friend and could only try to google it. The closest I got was Oregon stonecrop ( sedum oreganum). It has yellow flowers and blooms spring thru early summer.
Looks great...sometimes things have got to go!!!
Garden is looking beautiful you have some lovely cacti ❤️🐨🦘
