Most times I see him playing the upright piano, the cover is open. This time it's closed AND covered with foam acoustic baffles. I used to own an upright grand (full string length, 3 strings per note) and never closed the cover. It sounded amazing. The piano on this is a little ... soft. I can understand keeping the vocal and piano separated in the mix. I love his piano playing as much as his vocals. I just wish it were a little louder here.
