Idk where youre located but being a landlord here in CA is an absolute nightmare. Go through all the necessary steps to evict a tenant who was destroying property and hadnt paid rent in nearly 5 years and courts still wouldnt remove them. Just one of many things wrong here. Its at the point im just going to close down the property, do the renovations, sell it, and focus on doing what makes me happy.
