Just for the record: Guinsoo on Viktor doesn't work. It doesn't scale its Attack Speed at all, since it's a fixed value.
@daeithebest That is true I am aware of that, however Guinsoo in that spot is still better than nothing. Viktor Still benefits from the raw and stacking stats Guinsoo gives, he converts all those stats into AP. But yes in a perfect situation you should never give Viktor a Guinsoo.
