Mayonnaise, while I am figuratively allergic to the condiment itself, I am actually enjoying it as song 😁 That guitar distortion is such a huge part of that era of the 90s music. The guitar in the foreground of it reminded me of the background guitar in last half The Verve Pipe - Freshmen. Didn't mean to randomly talk your head off here, haha! Thanks for the recommendations ☺

@@HertzPatrol Oh cool, I’m glad you liked them!! Mayonnaise is one of my favorites. Something so familiar with that verse progression. But I’m also with you in my distaste for the condiment. (I once knew a guy who HATED mayo… At a party right before his wedding, his buddies took oversized syringes and replaced the cream in Twinkies (something he loved) with mayonnaise. 🤮). What about the other songs, did you like them?

@lunarvision You mean the part that starts in the beginning? That's so odd, I was listening to it today and wondered the same; always sounded familiar to me as well! 😂 Sometimes reminded me a bit of the old late 90s/early 2k PC pinball game intro. Clearly that's too new to have been exactly it, but oops, that's me showing my age haha! Like when it's making the shuffling sounds? Haha, not sure but so strange you mention it!

@ Nicolas Roeg made some out-there films. Dreamy, confusing, kind of slow, but memorable. Learned about him in my college Subversive Film class. Some of my picks: Don’t Look Now, Walkabout, Performance, Bad Timing, even The Witches has a cool atmosphere.

@lunarvision I shall have to look those up, not heard of them before! Confusing movies are fun. One I had to watch a couple times to understand was called Revolver from 2005. More of a thriller, but a very odd one in my option. Ending got super confusing, at least back when I watched it like 5 years ago. So I take it you studied film? 📹

@@lunarvision Hugely underrated. Whole album was great! Methinks they were underrated and less-mainstream, because they chose not to "play the game" and do what they were told, in the music industry. Most bands that fade away, do so because they didn't do what the industry demanded of them. Wouldn't "sell soul" to "gain fame". Admirable, but tragic is it that way. Maybe soon, that will change in the future.

@@maynardburger This is in the corrected 432hz. 440hz is unnatural and incorrect.

@zerothefur9231 A quick reply is that most music of modern days is forced by the music industry to be in 440hz. 440hz is harmful, whereas the original tuning for all instruments was 432hz and other natural frequencies. If you're interested in learning more about this, there are well-researched links in my channel description. I have studied and played instruments for 17 years, and the importance of natural frequencies for the past 10 years. The articles are the ones I have discovered to be most comprehensive, I did not myself write them.
