I actually have a few more coming, one was in person with someone who tracks everything and gets $20m+ from UA-cam every year, and 300+ leads a year and converts 7-9% the same year. He’s in a longer sales cycle market in Sarasota so there’s some great long term lessons from it!

Links to resources etc. So every suggestion in that area is 110% welcomed and I plan on working on every suggestion.😃 Yeah, I see what you're saying. It's an option, I'm not closed off to the idea. For now the focus on the podcast is making deposits and become a big value add to the industry. - Andrew
Real estate isn't a real job by any margin. When buying my home the realtors were completely useless. Their favorite phrase was "I'm not allowed to say anything that may influence your decision to buy or not buy a house" literally get paid to walk around a house with someone
That's unfortunate to hear. Anyone who's worked with a great agent will say the opposite because a great agent can make a world of a difference. However, with a lower barrier to entry like real estate, there's a vastly varying degree of service & expertise between agents.
He does have a point but he makes the point in such a ridiculous manner that one cannot distinguish between wisdom and mental illness.
The clip has some missing context that a high barrier to entry of using UA-cam to build your business weeds out 99% of people in 2 years. That's why most agents don't stick with it 2-3 years later. Most people can't sustain something for years so the harder it is, the fewer people traveling down that path = more opportunity for you. Its wisdom.
