Why would an above-board company have a problem with the previous tenants sharing their experience in this house? Certainly they mentioned to the prospective lessees that the last tenants fled because of mold, and outlined the absolute gutting of the place they did to remediate it. If not, either it’s a pattern of the issue not being taken seriously, or the company is trying to hide something from the lessees. We are just trying to offer the opportunity for full informed consent, something a reputable company should be welcoming.

After reading all the comments, i contacted the owner. He assured me all the necessary steps are taken and there is no mold anymore.if you guy keeps hampering our business we have to file a cyber bullying case on you guys
by law if it afffected someone, he\she could sue the owner rather than asking friends on facebook to post comment here and attack the owner. this is the law. people who are yapping here, ask your friend to take legal action. thats the right way to do. and by the looks of it, dave is a agent not the owner of this property. how can he do the inspections or fixings needed? My only goal by commenting on this post is to protect any potential tenants that could be seriously harmed by the mold growing within the walls of this house. I don’t want what happened to me to happen to anyone else.

Not a video. 🤦🏼♀️I can assure you every one of those pictures are real, taken at 2010 E Yukon St., and if you check email records regarding my account, you’ll see my desperate please for help accompanied by these pictures. I will not give you the results of the mold inspection until my lawyer advises me to. The mere fact that you’re asking for my mold report implies that you did not get a mold inspection done on this house before relisting it despite my report that the mold made me extremely ill. Is that legal?

Wow! Crazy how a picture is worth a thousand words but a video doesn’t quite capture the whole story, eh? I hope prospective tenants know that there is dangerous, toxic mold that has left previous tenants chronically ill and disabled. Hate to spoil the surprise, but I figure this one deserves a little spoiling. Gotta know what you’re signing up for right? Not to mention that the inspector recommended having this house gutted to remove the problems and that hasn’t happened. All of that to say, a cute place with a dirty little secret, renters beware xoxo

Did you get your major TOXIC MOLD issue dealt with yet?
My friend is now severely disabled from the toxic mold that grew in this house, and there is no way that it is resolved this quickly. I would say more specifically, it's due to the property management for this property, who allowed an innocent woman to sit in rotting walls with our addressing the issue in the slightest. RENTER BEWARE. Do not rent this property, or from this company.

Sir there is no such history of mold infestation came in front of us.
Former tenant here! I am still severely ailing from the mold toxicity poisoning I got from this house. Since you refused to remediate the mold and we had to vacate for our own safety, I have to ask. Did you get a thorough mold remediation done on this house? The mold inspector I hired said the house was riddled with toxic mold has had to be knocked down to the studs.l which is why I am shocked you have relisted this after such a short time. Did you replace every wall in this house and fix the leak in the roof? Did you get rid of the rotting animal corpses under the house? How many more innocent people’s livelihoods must you ruin before you condemn this house? I am now disabled, homeless, unemployed and vision impaired because of this house and your refusal to address the mold issue for many months.

If you’re thinking of renting this house, DON’T! The mold in this house almost killed me and still could. As a result, I have severe mold toxicity poisoning that will take me years to recover from. I am disabled as a result and I lost my job. The landlords refused to do anything to remediate the mold. We had to vacate for our own safety. Mold experts told me the building needs to be knocked down entirely in order to be a safe place to live. Sincerely, former tenant.
I am absolutely in love with this house, and it’s in a perfect location close to where I currently live. I am praying that it’s still available when I’m situated and have everything in order!
