Neapolitan style pizza ... in 5 minutes

Neapolitan style pizza ... but the way I want it The advantages of this method: 1. You have less work to do (you don't have to make preferments; you don't have to add salt after fermentation...etc.), 2. Less mess (you use only one bowl for the dough and the dough is processed in the box, 3. If you bake the pizza in the lower part of the oven, it bakes in a few minutes both on the bottom and on ...

08:40 damn this song brings back memories, also great build , I just ordered a cheap CNC off Amazon planning to make a stupid strong Desktop CNC with it stacks of upgrades to do.
Mmm, bellissima.
That pizza looks so delicious. Some how with the title I thought you were a wizard who managed to make a pizza like that in just 5 minutes. LOL I was like SHOW ME YOUR WAYS. 🤣
Nice work. I think this Gantry with X axis as the short size and Y axis ballscrews location is a better design than the PrintNC.. Will you have plans available in future? I want to build one in a in 6-12months time and am currently researching all mechanical and electrical options.
Hi. First, I must say that I am not an engineer (I am a Sociologist by profession ... and not a very good one :D) ... and I think I am the last person who can give advice on how to make a CNC. For me, the build was ... just a personal challenge. The films are not recent, they were made 3 years ago and, in the meantime, I changed the laptop I used then. I can no longer find the project in CAD or other parts that detail the construction process. The steel plates were laser cut (fewer burrs and distortions) and the screws and rails were ordered to my dimensions from OLX Romania (probably made in China and cut locally to the dimensions). Now, what is important (…. I no longer have any movies or photos…) is the way I made the axes (both x and y to be coplanar). After ensuring the relative horizontality of the frame, I glued wooden slats on the edge of the metal frame with ties (aluminium channels between the 2 parallel axes) and I poured the epoxy resin so that they were self-levelling. Another important aspect that must be known is that the side plates that support the y-axis must be reinforced because they have a certain flexibility ... not exactly desired ... and in the future I will have to think about a fix for them.
