A not very large boat, they offer good reception and help the customer feel great. Organization a 10, activities and excursions have been excellent. Super comfortable and quiet rooms. The varied and good quality food.

Had a great experience. The staff was amazing. They were helpful, attentive, and kind. Yone helped us out with squid fishing and checked in with us. He was helpful with all events. Ryan was our server for meals. She was also so very helpful and kind (always smiling). Overall agreat one night cruise, especially the staff.

This was a wonderful trip. The service was superb with Roy taking care of our family during our dining experience. We highly recommend this boat trip and will surely use them again at our next Asia vacation.

We did the 2 day 1 night Mon Cheri cruise. We had an amazing time and the service was excellent. The food was great and had a lot of variety. The Presidential suite was stunning and we had a great view. The staff were great including Ann who was friendly and helpful. We highly recommend taking this cruise.

The cruise has really good views and the rooms are fantastic! They have a good variety of food items. We are vegan and they made special food items for us! Jimmy’s hospitality made us feel so welcome and relaxed!

This cruise is 10/10 wonderful! I truly can't recommend it enough. As a vegetarian, they really go over and beyond on the food. Usually vegetarian meals are an afterthought, but everything here is delicious! The room and views are amazing. Kayaking is wonderful. Book this cruise!

We spent a night on their cruise. They had a well-planned out itinerary ensuring our time here was well spent. The crew member were extremely pleasant and accommodative especially in terms of Halal certified food. Crew member Ducky, was always there to assist us with anything we needed and the cruise manager Jasmine was super helpful and patient too.

Highly recommend of Mon Cherie Cruise. From the pick-up service till back to our hotel, no complaints at all. The staffs are all English speaking, friendly, helpful and personalised service. The food are superb and they cater to our Halal needs! The activities are well planned. Shout out to the staffs such as Tam, Jasmine and Ryannn, keep up the excellent services!

I was right when i chose having a wonderful cabin as my top prerequisite for this cruise. Mon Cheri 2 had such cabin with a large sliding glass door practically opening up 70% of the room to the balcony. One can take amazing photos of the scenery even while lying in bed. Food was delicious and the service, especially by food server Ducky, was great. Had an overall grand time.

The experience is amazing with great service from the crew especially with the guy named Gin. The food is great also, with clean facilities. The cabin is so nice and comfortable. Would siggest to take the 3 days tour for more activities. The only problem is the internet signal po perhaps due to the location of the cruise ship. But all in all the experience is superb.

Great experience. Amazing scenery, excellent services. The cabin environment is absolutely outstanding, can’t believe also fit in a bath tub. We did kayaking, swimming all these are very peaceful. Just wishing to stay here longer☺

We had an amazing time on the Mon Cheri Cruise. The host and service were exceptional! Additionally, they had a lot of fun activities planned for all age groups. Our waiter, Windy, was very friendly and attentive. It was very easy to eat vegetarian on this cruise. Kudos to host manager Cherry and the rest of the staff.

A lovely experience after a long trek in Sa Pa, the staff cannot do enough for you and the scenery is stunning!

It was brilliant! Service was amazing and lots of lovely staff- especially Mr. Mojito. Would recommend to anyone visiting Ha Long as you won’t regret it!

This was such a unique way to experience the bay! I got it as a gift for my dad and it exceeded all our expectations:) kayaking in the bay was my favourite activity. The recreational areas at dusk are stunning and funky (mini golf course on the top deck!?). The food was insane! I’m a vegetarian and I ate like a queen, you won’t go hungry. This cruise is good value for money….if you want to treat yourself. I would also like to say the staff are very attentive, Mùi (Windy) was such a lovely server. He was kind and looked after us very well. Thank you very much Mon Cheriiiii

We had a fabulous trip with Mon Cherie cruises, the food was fabulous, spoilt for choice. The cocktails are the best I have had in Vietnam! John the F&B supervisor was absolutely fabulous to us, very attentive and made our stay an absolute pleasure. Highly recommend!

The staff Gohan provided an excellent care and attentive service. He made our anniversary extraordinary. I will recommend Min cheri to our friends and family. Gohan is a very respectful and nice young man, I'm sure he will be an asset to the tourism of Vietnam. So happy with the service!

The staff is amazing, look out for Mr. Roy, Mr. Eric and Ms. Ryann. They are fantabulous. The good is amazing and the cocktails too. Try this cruise experience whenever in Vietnam 🇻🇳

The food, drinks, staff, activities, views and room were all amazing! So grateful to have picked Mon Cheri as our cruise! Cherry and John took wonderful care of us. Wish we had more nights but will have to come back with whanau and friends for sure! :)

We chose to do a cruise close to the end of our holiday. We chose to do a one night cruise. I would recommend a minimum 2x night cruise in hindsight. Ducky our waiter was very conscientious of the people and made us feel welcome. Tam was very informative on the cave walk and was great to talk to, and offered insight to the local environment and people. I wish we booked for 2x nights so we could do more relaxing. I love being able to relax in bed, read a book and look out the balcony to the ocean. Loved it and wish I had more time.

We have just had a wonderful two day cruise with Lily Cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay. The scenery was awesome, we had never seen anything like it. It was stunning and atmospheric. We took all the excursions and were glad we did. Elvis took us to cave on our last morning and explained how the cave came to be so stunningly beautiful. We were very well looked after on board the ship particularly by Elvis , who gave a very good cookery demonstration, Hugo, Gin, Mao and her companion also helped us cook during the demonstration. Our trip to Bai Tu Long Bay was cancelled in 2020 and this trip this year was very much with the wait!

It was an excellent cruise with so much to enjoy. The staff were so kind helping us including carrying friend in wheelchair up and down stairs. Lovely views of the bay and the mountains. Great food and things to do on board. The rooms were lovely with comfy beds massage chairs walk-in showers and jacuzzi. Thanks so much
