Ask the Picker that's working in the freezer how he or she feels about staying in the cold continuously without getting out of the cold for a few minutes.I worked in a freezer for 17 years and I can tell you that without breaks from the cold,it wouldn't work.You'd probably have to go full automation,because you wouldn't have anyone wanting to work in those conditions.

For this everything has to be set up with replenishment location so the picker can have access to first level inventory. I’m assuming a human does the replenishments lol

Cool concept in theory but not any more efficient than driving a single jack with all the labels you need to pick at the ready. If your just going to use automated jacks then just put in a conveyor belt and have multiple pickers pick in that location.

Looks inefficient and slow.

why don't they put a small step on the side of the machine for the poor guy to ride on ... my feet are sore just watching the guy walk the warehouse.... this is management at it STUPIDEST!!!

the video failed to show a supervisor or manager tell you to walk faster pick faster, so many things wrong with this system not only you have to do the lifting but your walking everywhere this company have lost the plot

this is not good. those "automated" machines will crash hit or even kill the human nearby malfunctioning. no more pick n go is what the world would be saying when they are making people lose there jobs and live in rough situations

Being a selector is a soul crushing job, be a gas attendant it's easier on you and your legs, back, feet etc..... or stock-up on Aleve and Blue Emu oil lol.
