1 Year Natural Hair Growth Length Check | Fine Natural Hair
Переглядів 2,4 тис.3 роки тому
OPEN ME . First time flat ironing my fine natural hair since I've cut 9 inches off July 2019. Can't believe this is 1 YEAR of natural hair growth. I've blown out a couple of times since the cut but I was super excited for this one since it was my first flat iron length check since the cut. The amount of growth I've been able to retain is mind blowing and I can't wait to see the length another 6...

Hey Loves!!! I'm giving you one the unknown reasons of why your natural hair could be DRY. I'm speaking from first hand experience and want to shed some light and hopefully help others that may not know this information. There are ingredients out there (even though you're shampooing) that can be the cause of your dry natural hair. Please understand this is only ONE reason your hair could be dry...
How To Get Volume for Fine Natural Hair | No Picking Needed | HIGH POROSITY NATURAL HAIR
Переглядів 2053 роки тому
READ ME This video will show you how I get volume for my fine natural hair. When I first started my natural hair journey I wanted ALL THE VOLUME! Only to find out that picking at my roots and ends caused major damage/breakage which caused me to constantly cut my hair and start all over. I'm hoping this will help my fine natural hair girls get that volume that we ALL desire without the picks and...

This is the easiest and simplest way to maintain my wash and go for my fine curly natural hair. I cannot pineapple my hair like most natural hair girls unless it's to wear pulled up the next day. My hair does the exact same thing! I just recently decided to cut all of my relaxed hair. 10 inches.....ouch! It was one the hardest decisions I've made. Had relaxed hair most of my life. My hair gets frizzy very quickly. My hair is fine textured but thick and gets frizzy like crazy! Your hair looks beautiful :)

    • @SimplyJenMonique
      @SimplyJenMonique 2 роки тому

      Same here....Check the acidity of your products using pH strips, anything higher than 6 will cause your cuticles to stay open, anything 6 and below will close them. Between 5 & 7 is our hair's happy medium. Also rinse your hair with cold water, that closes cuticles also. I'll be experimenting and doing a video on this

    Great vid! Ty for the headband tip! I have shifted to more medium porosity over time. I also do protien quarterly. Unless is a dc with a little protein. I find myself doing one before or after a long term protective style most. I love aphogee as well. I have this one (but don't use often) I also have the 2 minute reconstructer and use that more. I recently got the Olaplex #3 and my hair seems to love it! Let me me know if you try it.

    I after i wash, i dont use conditioner. Then i proceed to use my leave in and the other products. Think about it...how will the ingredients from your leave in penetrate your hair if you already have the regular rinse out condish residue on it from washing a few min ago? Since ditching rinse out conditioners my hair has been thriving. Its all just a gimmick to get your $$$, literally going down the drain.
