@@Jbblendzz8 this one is the beier sfr1 sound system I bought it here in Australia from the supplier You can also get the Tamiya mfc units as well that do similar and come with the lights as well

@@ryansivels Hi, this is apparently a CY 23cc engine. I bought it as is. My friend has the same engine in a Rovan shorty and it’s really quick in that too. They do rev hard. I’ve seen obr’s hammer, always wanted one for my bajas etc lol Maybe gearing/pipe etc too could make a difference

Good morning mate They usually do come out easy, I use a zip tie through the exhaust outlet and turn the flywheel. Usually pops them straight out Then I’ve had others that just won’t budge, use extreme heat etc and still can’t get them out. Had people put them in a vice with small bit of wood and knock them out It’s a good time to inspect everything and change as needed Everything else was good on this so it wasn’t required Traxxas 3.3 engines it’s advised to change the rod out as they tend to split Thanks I’ve been searching for one of these for a long time Tuned up nicely now after the break in and it flies. I’ll do another video with it Hoping to find a nice open dirt area to take it to

Hey bro thanks Yes I found it much easier to pull it out and do it so I could see where it was set from factory too I left a description in the comment below how I did it and it worked for me Slight adjustments afterwards to get it to shift earlier

Keep an eye on eBay or marketplace they come up for sale occasionally Not available new anymore unfortunately

Yeah it’s really cool how it works and manages to correct itself. It has a powerful gyro built into it Sounds like a jet starting up and takes ages to wind down once off

Was really lucky to get this one These were never released in Australia apparently This was a demo given to someone to try prior to release but never eventuated

Thanks mate yeah I’m real happy with it. Ran it through 5 of my nitros and all ran perfect. Barely touched the tune and dare say getting slightly longer run times too

Hi Haha I know the feeling Best to pull it out There’s 2 clutch shoes with 2 screws in each of them The Center screw you adjust so that the shoes sit about .5-1mm away from the housing Then pull the shoes apart with your hands and see how much tension there is. You want to be able to pull them apart with a bit of force but not too easy Pull the springs out to make sure they aren’t squashed or damaged first Try screwing them in until about half the cap head is sticking out from the top Then when in the car and you hear a shift you adjust the outer screws for the shift timing Make sure you adjust both same Bit of mucking around and a bit of time

Hi there, by memory it had a pin in there to engage. I’ll have to look again Good way to do it is one gear at a time Lock both gears fully closed then start with the second gear, coming out 1/4 turn each time until it engages and is where you like it Then start on the third gear Will take a bit of time but will get there But if it doesn’t have the pin or anything to lock into then it won’t shift Maybe ask where you bought it from as well Might be a casting error

@@billanagnou3186 I wish I could send you a screen shot because even the product photo doesn’t show the little rod on the inside of the gear for the clutch the grab on to. I’m not sure if metal against metal works (like in the engine clutch) but I can’t get it to shift, and it was shifting into all the gears just a few days ago with the plastic gears.
