My hair is actually pretty thick it’s just really really straight. Fine hair is tough, I would recommend sticking to shorter hairstyles if you want to achieve any sort of body/ volume. There are certain shampoos and conditioners that will help to add body and volume, I would also do a hair mask and or essential oil massage once a week with rosemary oil. I wash my hair 2-3 times a week so I don’t strip my hair of oil. As for right now my hair is super long and honestly the only think I really put in it as of right now is some sea salt spray (which I also highly recommend for volume and texture). Also use shampoos that are free is parabens. I also take a biotin pill 3 times a week to help with strength and growth. Other products I would recommend for fine hair is a paste because you don’t want something to heavy that will weight your hair follicles down if that makes sense

​@@C_FULTONI've tried both ways but, I like to use just a little quicksand first and then, once that's worked in the hair, I'll add just a little claymation.

I like gravity paste for shorter hair and claymation for longer hair. I think overall I like Claymation more. I think it’s more versatile and I also personally prefer a clay base. Both have great hold, but claymation gives such great texture and you can use it for longer hair styles or even shorter.

Definitely an acquired smell, the more I use them the more I don’t mind them and learn to like it

So to be honest I think silver fox wouldn’t be as suitable for thinner hair just because of how heavy it is. It would weigh down thinner hair, you are better off with growing out thinner hair to where it is better styled naturally with a pomade or cream or if you go with a shorter hairstyle using something like “American Crew” Fiber or some sort of texturizing paste
