Was the relief form submitted via mail or manually and if it was via mail, there would be mail trail and if submitted manually, she should have scanned it for evidence purposes as she knew the HR doesn't like her. All in all, her peace of mind matters and she could easily take the decision to resign because she's financially stable.

Well, in such situation, it depends on the person tho For that particular person, according to her, she's financially stable and all, and maybe she had other plans after the resignation. Buh for someone who doesn't have a plan b and chooses to resign in such situation, I feel he/she needs to calm down and think thoroughly about it before making a decision. Low-key, as an individual, knowing your worth is very crucial. Don't let anyone cheat you!

Whoever this is, I'm sorry. I wish there was an email trail to show her submitting her work to the superior. The lesson here is to always identify who will review your KPIs and what the criteria are. Then, having a record of your work, it's very important. Maybe try using project management apps like Asana that'll show what everyone was assigned and what they delivered 🫂🫂

Toxic workplace is mental derailing. Speaking up and seeking advice is key to finding a solution and if there isn't any change, one need to move forward.

Nice video.. Do you know that one could be that toxic work colleague and not even know? It would be good if everyone can take out time once in a while to review how they have behaved or acted at work.. or better still, ask your colleagues to give you a sincere review of yourself. It actually helps you become a better person and it would help the world at large if everyone can. Just saying this because some people don’t even know they are toxic.

It won't be all easy and smooth in the beginning Most times, we experience what we experience so as to get better and build ourselves I feel what happened to the person was meant to happen, or else the person might not have taken that step and got another better job. So patience is key, but it doesn't mean u should fold your arms doing nothing...keep pushing 💪
