Was the relief form submitted via mail or manually and if it was via mail, there would be mail trail and if submitted manually, she should have scanned it for evidence purposes as she knew the HR doesn't like her. All in all, her peace of mind matters and she could easily take the decision to resign because she's financially stable.
Well, in such situation, it depends on the person tho For that particular person, according to her, she's financially stable and all, and maybe she had other plans after the resignation. Buh for someone who doesn't have a plan b and chooses to resign in such situation, I feel he/she needs to calm down and think thoroughly about it before making a decision. Low-key, as an individual, knowing your worth is very crucial. Don't let anyone cheat you!
😮 Where was the relief form for reference?!
I love this keep it up. I will share with some family members.
Thanks so much 😁😁
Keep Going!🙏🏾
Thanks so much
Whoever this is, I'm sorry. I wish there was an email trail to show her submitting her work to the superior. The lesson here is to always identify who will review your KPIs and what the criteria are. Then, having a record of your work, it's very important. Maybe try using project management apps like Asana that'll show what everyone was assigned and what they delivered 🫂🫂
This is so good and helpful. Thanks so much for this.
Very interesting watch, well done🙌🏽.. I think I’ll love to have Mind Control as a super power.. A good asset for the kind of job I do😁😁😁
Thanks so much! Mind control? That’s actually not a bad one
Good one Sals
Awesome takeaway. Always speak up!
Yesss that’s the only way to go
Toxic workplace is mental derailing. Speaking up and seeking advice is key to finding a solution and if there isn't any change, one need to move forward.
Very true! Sitting down and not doing anything would lead to nothing
Nice video.. Do you know that one could be that toxic work colleague and not even know? It would be good if everyone can take out time once in a while to review how they have behaved or acted at work.. or better still, ask your colleagues to give you a sincere review of yourself. It actually helps you become a better person and it would help the world at large if everyone can. Just saying this because some people don’t even know they are toxic.
Yes very true but people are also proud to take this step and feel that they know it all
Sometimes it just takes putting some people in their place, especially after giving them the chance to redeem themselves whilst taking your time to study them.
You got that right
How do I like this multiple times????
I have done that on your behalf😂😂
I'm always against work relationships but you can always create an exception like I did which turns out well.
This is interesting.. so one can always take the risk then but not advisable. 👍🏾
I love this street edition.. Interesting
Thanks for watching
Loving this street edition 🔥
I don’t support workplace relationship❌❌ but I did it shaaa and it worked😂😂🌝🌝
😂😂
Oh this is interesting! This would be nice if you could tell us your experience. I’m sure people would want to know o😃😃
We are on the street already 🎉😂. Short but I enjoyed it. ❤
Yes we are on the street already. Thanks for watching. More to come
It's the "buy her breakfast" for me😂😂 To me, it's not advisable dating your colleague because it would cause distraction one way or the other...
😂😂. Yes it can cause distraction but I know of some colleagues who got married from dating eachother at work
Interesting
Thanks for watching
Nice one
Thanks for watching
this is so relative ...
Really insightful and inspiring too 👏

😂😂😂
Meaning😂😂😂
Nice take you have just rendered.
Thanks so much
Having self worth and boundaries are very crucial when it comes to the workplace.
And very sensitive too
This is an interesting piece. Keep it up
Thanks for listening.
Some bosses see body shaming as a normal thing , not minding how u feel about it … it’s crazy mostly common in Nigeria ..
Do they even care? I don’t think so. But interesting angle. Thanks for sharing your comment
Situations like this require wisdom. Confrontation will only be an option if one has a backup plan or does not mind losing their job. Great video 👍🏼
True. It requires wisdom.
You got that right! You need to be tactical because of who you are as a person
Some bosses are actually unbelievable🤦🏻♀️
Very unbelievable. It’s funny to know that some bosses act in this manner
👍👍👍
Also you should see every job as a learning curve. Moving forward you should know what to do better.
About right! Always have your work backed up at every point in time
So unfair!!!.. I feel if he/she had told the superiors, they might not believe it’s true as it would be his/her word against the boss who stole credits.
That’s about right. That was so unfair in all ways! But it just goes to show that these things happen and now one can always avoid it
These stories Ehn😂😂😂
Keep bringing it on. You doing a good job
There is always that place you will get appreciated. 🎉
You’re right about that
That was the best decision. I agree leaving the company paid off for her at least
It won't be all easy and smooth in the beginning Most times, we experience what we experience so as to get better and build ourselves I feel what happened to the person was meant to happen, or else the person might not have taken that step and got another better job. So patience is key, but it doesn't mean u should fold your arms doing nothing...keep pushing 💪
Nicely said. I agree completely with you. The experience wasn’t ideal but it pushed her
Gather strength and keep moving!
That’s the only way forward
Best decision 😊
Couldn’t have said it better
😂😂😂😂😂,
The best thing is to communicate and try to resolve the rift and if it's not working. You move.
So who does he try to communicate with? His boss? HR? Or the woman?
Nice content 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thanks so much. More coming soon
All I can say is omooo😂😂😂😂
Ahh it’s not easy oh. You’re also speechless?
