INSPIRATION: I remember as a child when I first became aware of the relationship my father ע"ה had with this mythical person, this great צדיק he referred to as his רבי. I can still see the expression on his face and demeanor when he spoke about the הייליגער דברי יואל זצוק"ל who he was deeply connected to בלב ובנפש. Here in this song, we tried to imagine the personal journey of a child gradually understanding as his father slowly explains what is the role of the צדיק in our lives.

    Since I painted and published this painting, about five years ago, dozens of people have contacted me asking to purchase the rights to use it for various purposes. And among them there were also requests for some musical covers. I refused them all, or offered a very high price that could not be accepted. I always knew that such a painting would attract the right and proper opportunity, and such a use of the work was not done twice. Who would have thought that it would end up being the composer of the soundtrack of Yossi Green's life.     שיר מטומטם . המילים התוכן והמנגינה ממש לא קשורים זה לזה . המנגינה מגחיכה את המילים ונוצרת אצל השומע בעל הרגש , הרגשה של סתמיות וילדותיות
