True. But here we can't blame those bihari people. They are just earning for there lives and there family. If they got opportunities in Bihar then why would they stay away from there families

@@travelhelpdesk9427 Only Govt can not do every thing, people have to come forward, I would share a experience which happened to one of my known person, he put a small unit at Bihar for stone crasher plate which used in Stone crasher, around 12 local worker working in unit, after 6 month in late evening 7-8 worker with one local leader knocked his door, leader said we want to check your accounts books as you are making money from bihar, you need to pay 50% more salary to worker & every month additional money to us. It was not possible to pay that much money with small set up in next 2 month he has to windup his unit, pay to worker & leader made a loss of around 15 lakh in 90, he come back with family support & loan, he set up other business of Bread & other local snacks, one day he say two of workers on line for daily wager, the were same who used to work for him in Bihar, they were working in Faridabad as daily wager less then amount which they used to get in Bihar with weekly holidays, festival holidays. It's mind set issue, because of mind set no one want to invest in bihar. New trend ek bihari so per bhari in negative way. Until mind set is not change, bihar will not grow. They need to understand cleverness can not beat intelligence.
